I was called in for an Interview with this place January 17th, 2017, I waited almost a week and a half for a background check and never heard anything. Contacted them explained what was on there then a date was set for orientation. Once orientation was completed I was told Id be receiving an email regarding my training. Never got an email or phone call regarding my training. I was called for a shift 8 am to 8 pm, I waited for an email never received an email. The next day (start of shift) got a call as to why I never showed up for work and I stated I never received the info. Fast foward to this week, I was supposed to start my shift 8pm to 8am got an email regarding my background check. May I mind you with companies, especially home care background checks are supposed to be finalized before you begin the hiring process of an employee. Then the shift I was set to work got canceled and as of today I STILL HAVE not heard back regarding my background check. This facility is extremely unorganized and highly inconsiderate of your time and money!

Being in the Senior Care industry for very many years, Ive learned to work with the good ones and ignore the bad ones. Ive never felt compelled to leave negative feedback on any business....however, my experience with Arrowhead Home Health was not only the worst... but by far the worst! Nurses, poorly treated and under appreciated (nurses that have confessed to me how they are treated and how they are told to treat clients) Clients neglected and abused due to lack of resources and passion....etc. I personally know clients and families that have lost their moms, dads.. in a horrible painful death because of this companies existence. Vince, the owner of this company should not only be banned from the senior care industry, he should be put behind bars. the only way he gets clients is by putting social workers from rehab/ hospitals on "pay roll". he willingly and repeatedly pursues illegal activity and cant wait to see his face on the 10 most wanted! Ive never been more disgusted with a business in my life!

Unprofessional, I would not trust them with a loved one. I was treated poorly and dismissed. I was even called bro. No thank you bro.
