I called in June about getting my wheelchair repaired I was told that I needed a script for the repair. I got the script and called perferred was told the repair will only take a week any thing later we will send you a loaner chair. So a week later they pick up my chair and charger. I called in Many times and was told many different things with in a few months. Than in September they decide to tell me they where waiting for an updated script from my doctor. She showed me she has faxed it twice and faxes it again while Im in the office with her. I call back a week later and they say that they still do not have it. October they found the script and now we are waiting on parts. November parts are in but my chair is given to an employee and he is on vacation he has 2 other chairs ahead of me but it does not take long to fix them, told to call back Wednesday the 23rd because my chair should be done hopefully have it by Friday the 25th. Called today the 23 and Im told he is working on it and it takes a couple of days to work on a chair. In the mean time I have been with out a wheelchair even though I was told many times I could get a loaner, which never happened. I have spent many hours in my room in bed because I have no chair. I hope to have news this afternoon that Im getting my chair. Pray for me. Update 11/23 called back was told oh your chairs done, it has to be approved by the Medicare person Kim. So she takes my number says she will walk over for the approval and call me back, she will get a delivery time for me. Well guess what NO call back its 4:45pm so I call back. I hear that KIM is on vacation and will not be back until Monday. Once again given false hope. If you can go tso E where else if you need a wheelchair or oxygen RUN fast.

Ok how do they not deliver oxygen to some that has a credit card on file to pay for it. Then I call and ask why and no one can help me there was only the most rude ladys that are nasty mouth women. No management there. I wish they would train their staff because people rely on this business to be able to breath.

I wouldnt recommend this place for your health care needs.... My health care items never showed up and I waited all day not so much to even a call to tell me whats going on or why my supplies never showed up.... Take your business elsewhere I am.

Because of the exelent service they provide and the great attentiveness of the staff i look forward to the many years i will be having yet to visit with them. They are all a great help to me each time i show up there for their help.
