Your health is FAR too important to entrust with this company! They call themselves Arizona Home CARE. In truth, they care about one thing – not you, but their bottom line. If I miss an infusion, my life is literally put at risk. Still, undeterred, they threatened to cancel my coverage shortly before an infusion (w/o giving me enough time to find another provider). Not because they couldnt get the medicine, but because they decided my insurance wasnt paying enough, even though THEY AGREED TO THE PAYMENTS. Only after threatening them with a lawsuit, they backed down. Then, several weeks later, after Blue Cross Blue Shield cancelled Maricopa County coverage, another problem came up. I offered to pay for my treatment out-of-pocket with a payment plan and a $1,000 deposit, since I didnt have time to look elsewhere, and once again, missing a treatment puts my life at risk. That wasnt enough, they told me, and asked for a $4,500 deposit. Luckily, I could get the money together. So, I called them back to tell them Id pay the up-front amount. Then, however, they told me, I now had to pay the entire $5,600 cost up-front, even though most other patients can sign-up for payment plans on amounts approaching $1,500. Genie in billing is an angel, and Scott is a quality nurse. Robyn, the "brand ambassador" in billing, is the unique sort of nice person who will tell you to "have a nice day," after putting your life at risk. The owner, meanwhile, is a total, 100% scumbag. Dont give her your money and trust her with your health.

This is the best home healthcare company in the valley! Their facilities--with their own on-site pharmacy--are some of the best in the state! Customer service and billing were both very helpful and considerate. The main thing that sets them apart is the passion and commitment ranging from the staff, pharmacists, and the nurses that provide amazing care. The delivery drivers are so nice and friendly that it makes the difficulty of home care a little more manageable when they have always have a smile on their faces. I highly recommend to anyone that is in need of home care!

This company truly cares about their patients and treats them like their own family. They offer top of the line services to ensure the health of loved ones. Nurses are great, their facility is great and even has an on-site pharmacy, and they are patient and helpful when answering any questions I may have. (Not to mention that they are one of the biggest locally owned health agencies in the valley. I found this out later, and now I understand why they are!). I would absolutely recommend!! Thank you Arizona Home Care.

See my reviews regarding them on Yelp> Ive found this company lacks the patient connectivity and business acumen needed to run a home healthcare organization. I have asked them to meet with me to discuss the measly $400 they think I owe. Ive left several phone calls and....no response...until I started getting collection calls for the $400.

An absolute mess. First, no calls but show ups. No advise notice, most of the time! Co-Owner listened very well. I commend him. Now, I bill for visits never scheduled and a billing department with the heads in their butts!
