SO CARELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! Was a new patient and had an appointment for emergency tooth extraction. Gave them insurance info. Everything was fine. Then I show up next morning after having to arrange a very complicated way to babysit my other baby while I took my other son to his appointment, and they tell me they cant take him because my insurance doesnt allow kids older that 6 years old there. My son was 10! I almost slapped the receptionist. After all the hassle of finding a sitter for my other kid and having confirmation that this was happening, they turn me away with a shrug. How does a pediatric dentist do this to a kid???? Why didnt they call me the day before?? Obviously a place with no morals or heart. Turning a kid away like that and saying a simple meaningless "Sorry" for their mistake in not telling me what my insurance said until I show up the next day is not acceptable. Dont go there unless you triple verify your insurance. Very uncaring staff. Jerks!!!!

For one I just have to say the office Manager and front office staff at the Surprise location Judy is very rude and unprofessional she hung up on me while I was still talking to her and when I called back to speak with her the receptionist had an attitude and lied and said he was unavailable to speak to when I just had spoke with her and I ask the receptionist to please not speak to me that way and then she hung up on me too! If this is how they operate there business at this location please find another Pediatric Dental Office to take your your kids for there treatment and cleanings! Very Interesting that Im not able to post this without giving them a good star review, So disregard the star i gave them please just giving it to them to post this! FYI THIS MESSAGE IS ALSO FOR PEOPLE LOOKING TO WANT TO BE EMPLOYED HERE..BAD SERVICE!!

My 8 year old daughter is affraid of going to the dentist. Her prior experience was not the best. I was worried about how she was going to react but thankfully Amy came along & made everything better. She asked if I had any concerns & I explained that she was nervous & affraid. Amy totally took over & explained why the different things had to be done. She explained that she would take her time and to allow her to show her that there was nothing to be affraid. For the first time in a very long time I saw my child open up and allowed Amy & the Dr to examine her & get her cleaning done. Thank you to everyone at Palm Valley Pediatrics & especially Amy for really going above & beyond in taking care of my daughter.

from the first encounter on the phone, to checking in at the appointment day, with leaving the office... the experience is extraordinary! I had a strange insurance, and I called many offices, and nobody accepted it. They didnt say wether they accept or not, but instead, told me to hold on a little, untill they figure out exactly what kind of coverage there is. It took they a few days, but then they called to tell me that in fact its a 3rd party insurance and they are contracted, although not directly. I trully appreciate going above and beyond. You dont get that very often these days. Kids loved Dr. Olga and her staff. Kind, knowledgeable!

This place is amazing ! The waiting room, the playroom and back office colors and very kids friendly. My kids loved their visit with Dr Olga, and he made the kids feel welcome and very comfortable. When my 3 year old started to get nervous, they started talking to her, asked her favorite things to do, chose a new move on the roku, and spent enough time to relax her. when the doctor came back, she walked us through every single detail, so that my daughter is aware on whats going on, and didnt have anxious. In the end, she gave the doctor a hug and said she is the best dentist ever. That was too cute ! All 5 star reviews are well deserved.

Ive never dealt with such rude unprofessional people. There are so many other great pediatric dental offices , dont waste your time and money at Palm Valley Pediatrics. They try to charge you to fix things that arent there, said she wanted to "fix" a cavity she filled before and a new cavity she supposedly has only if my daughter had their "kid cocktail " and nitrous oxide or she wouldnt do it and I cant come back with my daughter when it happens. I took her to a new dentist today and the dentist didnt see anything so he took x rays and told me he was sorry I wasted the time but nothing is wrong with her teeth.

I have a special needs daughter that has a hard time communicating. She had to get a filling today and I will admit I expected her to freakout With the shots, drilling, scraping etc. I thought for sure the laughing gas wouldnt relax her enough and we would have to reschedule to put her under (like Ive had to do before)But thanks to the amazing tech and Dr for being so patient and relaxed with her, she never complained at all. She didnt even flinch with the shot. I am so impressed! Very happy we switched to this office. The office was clean, staff was wonderful and the service is heart warming.

From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted with friendly smiling faces. The office is always very clean and cozy. All the staff are very professional, attentive and friendly. My children ask questions and prefer to be informed of what to expectwhat is being done throughout any procedure. Dr.Lisa was absolutely great!!! I especially appreciated feeling respected as a parent, in making certain choices in my childs care! We are happy to have to such a wonderful place as Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry, to call our "family dentist" home. Thank you.

Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry goes above and beyond to make children and families feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Olga and her staff are fabulous! My son injured his mouth over a holiday weekend- I called first thing Tuesday morning and they got him in a couple hours later. Our family has a busy schedule and theyve always been able to accommodate us and its pretty awesome that my kids actually look forward to going to the dentist. Thank you Palm Valley Pediatric Dentistry for providing such a great place for children and for all you do!

this place is AMAZING!. the doctor took the time and disussed all the questons and concerns we had about our 3 children. we are so happy to switch to this practice!!! The office is beautiful, very high tech, easy to find! I love the kind apprach the doctor had with my kidos. I wasnt rushed, treatment apprach was conservative and to the point. Dr. Olga is simly amazing, my daughter said she has an "angle voice"... that made me feel at ease. Look no further, this is the place to bring the kids in Surprise!

I used to drive to Goodyear because I disliked the pediatric dentists out here in Surprise and wasnt very happy when I found out that they were no longer contracted with our insurance. I was excited to find out that this office was opening just in time for my sons next recall and are in network with our insurance. We had a very good first appointment and came back again 6 months later. Im glad we finally have a good pediatric dentist out here in Suprise!
