I was in need of a new PCP as my insurance had recently changed and thought I would give this place a shot since they are close to me. BIG MISTAKE! My first visit with Dr. Rumman was terrible. The "physical" she gave me was a joke and she didnt ask any questions about anything regarding my previous health history. The second visit was even more a of a joke as I actually had a health issue and she proceeded to diagnose me with a bogus diagnosis that I even I knew was not accurate. Dr. Rumman doesnt take the time to get to know you, she doesnt talk, she acts as if she is better then you and is one of those doctors that tries to get you in an out ASAP. I will NEVER RETURN!

I took my grandson in for his shots and to get them established with a PCP. I had an appointment with Shawn Singleton and found that he was extremely nice extremely thorough As far as explaining what the shots were and how many he needed and possible side effects. The office staff was very efficient and friendly. I would recommend him this facility to anyone that needed to get established with the new doctor. The wait time was reasonable and the facility was very clean and orderly

Even though weve had to wait to be seen, Dr. Singleton and his staff are very good. I had to switch my childrena pedritician and was worried I wouldnt find a good doctor again. Thankfully, Dr. Singleton is amazing. He is very thorough and takes time to explain everything and answer questions. My kids also loved him and felt comfortable with him. You may have to wait, but I believe you wait because Dr. Singleton makes sure to take the time with each patient.

Our visits are always pleasant we see a family and pediatric doctor here . The office is very clean and comfortable. We love Dr. Singleton He saw us through a serious surgery with our babygirl even though we went to children s to see a specialist he was supportive and checked in on us through out the process! This is the only Office i have ever been to that the doctor calls you with test results and explanations . They truly go above and beyond

Seriously if you are a new patient and want an appointment good luck your waiting for a few weeks. Our medical system in the country is so out of whack. However if you are an existing patient you can have one of the 5-7 open appointments the same day....seriously wtf. Worst customer service ever
