My daughter (born 2/28/17) was having alot of issues after eating. She was constantly fussy and would not sleep. She would scream for hours after eating and was just miserable. We went to see Dr. Cwik to see if we could find some answers for her constant fussing. I stressed to him that I felt she had an allergy to cows milk as I had done everything I could possibly do up to this point. I had switched her to the Dr. Brown bottles with a premie Nipple as I thought she may had been eating too fast, took her off of my breast milk and put her on a sensitive formula and tried gas drops with no real relief. When we went to her appt he lacked all bedside manner. He literally said he did not know what to say and could not give me any advice. He dismissed my comments about her constant crying and fussing. We waited 45 mins to be seen just to be told that he did not know what to do and had no advice. As a pediatrician, I can not believe that he has never encountered this issue before. I would not recommend this practice at all. I have switched my daughter to a new doctor who has taken the time to find out the issue and put an end to her constant fussing.

Ive been taking my 6 kids here since 2002. My oldest is now 15 and youngest is 18 months. I havent once felt like they over prescribe antibiotics and Ive been there numerous times. Yes they use to have an old phone system that seemed like forever for them to answer but thats just because they have that many patients. Now with their new phone system I actually get through faster than most offices and I love their newer/bigger office too!!!! As far as the parents that dont want to vaccinate and claim that they were not allowed in due to that fact, Im sorry to say but that makes me happy. VACCINES SAVE LIVES. I know this first hand I have had personal experience on how vaccines protected my kids exposed to a virus, the only one that didnt have all the series of the vaccine was terribly sick with the virus. My other kids although equally exposed and exposed at home from their sick sibling never showed signs of the virus. Yes vaccines work and its fine if you chose not to use them but in my house we choose preventative care.

Nice doctors but never going back again. They told me that I had to pay $80 for consultation and if they do something else like vaccines etc. I have to pay more. I was fine with that but after the doctor check my kid they charged me $50 extra without any explanation. The only thing that the doctor did was look at my child eyes, ears and throat(nothing else). I tried asking why they want to charge us more but they didnt give us a reasonable explanation. Trying to take advantage of people. Bad, bad, bad

I really like the doctors here but the customer service is horrible.. my kids have been seen here since my second oldest was born she is now 6.. Today I find out my kids have been discharged for no show appt but yet my daughter was just seen here Tuesday for a check up,and they didnt say a thing to me about it being discharged,the visit went great.. Now if they ever answer there phone I would cancel the appt but they never do.. Other then that the doctors are nice and friendly

I took my son twice for a cough with symptoms of whooping cough, I told doctor about my concerns and he told me it was a cold that it would go away. Cough continue so I took again and requested a pertussis test. Doctor told me there was no test for pertussis. because of this my son end up hospitalized with whooping cough !! And guess what there is a test and my son tested positive !! Thanks god I brought him to emergencies and it didnt pass to worse....

My daughter had been sick for 3 weeks, turned out she had walking pneumonia. I was able to get an appointment scheduled the same day I called. The staff was excellent, facility was clean, nurse was excellent with my daughter & the Dr was very good with her as well & included her in the conversation & Drs orders. Made my daughter feel less paranoid of her Drs visit. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs a pediatrician.

My kiddos 8, 6, 5, and 4mo. Have been Dr. Broomes patients since 2008 when my oldest was born. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Dr. Broome (and other Dr.s that have helped us when hes not available) are very kind and truly take the time to explain what they are talking about. And I can appreciate that quite often med students are shadowing them around learning from the very best!

Doctors are great but the staff are not friendly at all looks like they are always in a bad mood, they dont even look at you when you ask a question never had have a good experience with staff at the avondale location.Im a foster mom and always take my kids there i go more than 3 times a month i think they are loosing my business thanks to their staff

They are blind to effects of vaccinations, they overuse antibiotics and corti-steroids, and are a more harmful than good influence on children. They do not follow the Hypocrattic Oath - do no harm. I filed complaint w med board but nothing happened. Recommendation: find a naturopath. Note: unable to give zero stars.

I love my daughters doctor but the staff is not friendly at all. I just walked in and signed in at the front where there are three people sitting, not one of them even said hello. They continued carrying on conversations with each other. This is vey disappointing they need to work on their customer service.

The doctors and nurses are great but their billing department is unprofessional as it gets. They have owed me a refund for the past 6 months and simply will not return any phone calls. Its really a shame that the doctors would let their office be as mismanaged as it currently is.

My daughter is been seen there for 13 years and so my 3 y old son. Very God doctors, front staff ok. Nurses are nice. Always return calls, test results, and follow up by phone on my children after his surgeries and after accident we had, I thought that was awesome.

They do not return your phone calls and you have to call them several times when it comes to anything. When your in there the doctors and nurses are wonderful but trying to get a hold of anyone can be pretty much impossible!

Doctors are great, but office staff never seems friendly. And even though there are two separate entrances for "Sick" and "Well" children, the sick patients walk through the well side to check-out and exit.
