Traumatic. He wouldnt let me change my newborns poopy diaper before he checked my first born son over. He was in such a hurry he wouldnt let me or my fiancé take 1 minute to change his poopy diaper. Very rude, arrogant, and calloused individual. Trust me, he knows more than you do. Dont ask questions, he will TELL you what you are going to do. And his time is more important than your child. This man doesnt even accept apologies from people who were accosted by him and chose to be the bigger person.

I have to jump on the bandwagon. I had Dr. Borlongan for both my children. He was absolutely great. The lady in the front is rude, and seems miserable. I also requested my kids shot records multiple times and received a copy of the incomplete ones each time. Then was also told that their system was down for 3 days in one weeks time. I am surprised they are still there, especially with this many negative reviews.

The Dr is always smilling and thats it , the staff they are supper rude and not professional, they have that miserable look. i even cant ask them a question about any information or concern cause they would be upset. I had moved to another pediatrician couple years ago and so happy i did. I wonder why he still keeping them , there is tons of nice and great nurses out there

Doctor is good, but front desk girls SUCK and are extremely rude. Ive been going there for a year and never ONCE have they greeted me when I walked in, or anyone else (that Ive seen) for that matter. They have made me feel extremely uncomfortable from walk in to walk out.I have moved on to a new pediatrics dr because of them.

I love Dr. B! Not sure what anyone is expecting from the staff, they are efficient and get the job done. Might not be the most bubbly group but if thats what your in it for, go to happy hour. These guys know what theyre doing and I wouldnt want anyone else looking after my kids health. Thanks Dr. B and staff!

i couldnt agree more with the reviews . the staff make you feel uncomfortable due to there attitudes. if your not happy with your job why are you there.? but i would like to say borlongan is awesome and very informative . Hes the only reason why i still go there.

Havent even been there. was referred by my sister in law . From what i read the staff sucks. I work for a dr and our staff and drs rock... If you dont have a good staff that hurts the practice. it is time to revamp the practice.

Totally true on the reviews. Dr is great and friendly but the staff sucks. I switched Drs because of the staff :-( If you work with kids you would think they would be friendly. No personality at all and actually kind of rude.

Lol I read u ladies comments and I totally agree!!!!! He is awesome but the staff... Different story. Customer service is not their forte. 5 stars for the Dr. 1/2 star for the staff
