I had a day full of empty promises that were never even partially fulfilled. I call around 9 am because my wife & 4.5 month old daughter were both sick. I was going to have to take my wife to prime care & asked for a referral from A P because the A.P would be closed by the time I got home. I called they said WE WILL call you right back & at 2pm the call have not been returned as promised so I call them back at 2 pm for the referral to take my sick infant to prime care as A P would be closed @ again I was promised they would fax my daughters referral to prime care so my infant daughter could be seen. The promised referral never happened either. Now my sick daughter is still untreated. Im upset because a building full of professionals promised me 2 times today & it never happened. I only work in construction but when I say I will do something than I either actually do it or I dont have a job any longer. So thanks for the 2 lies & unprofessional approach to my infant daughters care.

When we get to actually see Dr. Lucas or Dr. McNabb our experience is a good one. However, most of the time we only see a nurse practicioner and the experience varies. I feel like the N.P. we saw today only half listened and then guessed as to what may be wrong with my child. Weve been taking our 3 children here for over 12 years. Up until the last year, most of our experiences were pleasant. However, the last three times weve been there, at check-out, Ive been told I have a balance. Ive insisted Ive set up a payment online upon receiving the bill and that they shouldve received it by now. They insist that if I had made a payment, it would be in the system by now.Therefore, Ive been asked to make a payment. Today, the same thing happened yet again! I came home and checked my online banking. Sure enough the payment went through over a week ago! Now, Ive overpaid, but I guess thats how they prefer it!

I have been bringing my son here for 14 years and I really like it for the most part. There is one NP that is always rude and misdiagnoses him almost every time. When your child is sick ask for one of the doctors to see them that way they will be treated correctly. For well child check ups I recommend that you ask to see Deborah Thornhill. My son has always liked her and she has never rushed us or been rude in any way. Overall I love this clinic and will be sad in a few yrs when my son is too old to go there. Also in all of these years Ive only had a couple of bad experiences with the girls up front but nothing serious. I have recommended APC to many friends and family and will continue to do so. I am very thankful to the doctors and staff for caring for my son while he batteled asthma, pnuemonia (8 times already) and chronic ear infections. You all made my special gift from God all better. God bless!

Im livid, switched to your office back in august due to moving to the area . my daughter has been under mental heath care for 6 years never have I ever had an issue getting a referral for any of her mental heath testings in the past until we started using your office . needed a referral for autism testing and you flat out declined the referral . we have been working for months to get the testing and had a referral from her prior pcp for Dennis developmental but have been on the waiting list for 6 months finally found someone who would get us right in for the testing and all we lacked was your referral/ prescription and your office declined the referral . Im disgusted . now we are back to square one .

This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had with a medical office. I had been taking my daughter here since birth and have always been irratated that she never sees an actual doctor, its always a nurse. Im paying for a doctor right? The last straw was today. I call to get her immunization records for preschool and they try to charge me for an appointment that I canceled months prior. They will not give me my childs health records until I pay this and I really do not owe them anything because I canceled the appt. Yet they refuse to give me her shot records. Pretty sure thats illegal. Rudest staff Ive ever encountered in my life. They r being turned over to better business bureau.

If I could give zero stars, sadly I would. I have been coming here for 10+ years. The wait once you get to a room is often long. The staff is very nice but their priorities are out of line. I came in one day very sick and dizzy, seeing as I was older than 10, multiple parents brought in children and babies and I was the last to be seen. I wait over an hour to be called back every time I go. There are babies that come(simply for a checkup) in an hour into me waiting and have priority over me (truly sick). Although the staff is nice, would not recommend to anyone.

I laugh when I saw the post about the woman who said that the staff refused medical care for her child. What a bunch of BS! Were had Dr. McNabb since our son was born in 2013 and he will be our Dr. for our daughter due this year. AWESOME bedside manner and he takes the time to PATIENTLY talk with you about concerns, treatments, options and results that we should see. He does NOT talk down to you and treats kids with care and compassion. The people whove had bad experiences seem to be high maintenance and think the world revolves around them.

They work for money not the well beings an health of your child! The Staff arent nice an are very rude! They turned away mmy disabled son because I had a missed appointment balance on another child of mine! They will never step foot back in this doctors office again and I will proudly share with who ever not to waste there time going there!

I absolutely love everyone in this office! All of the staff are extremely friendly and always eager to help! We LOVE Karen Martin and Dr Mcnabb! They treat our son like hes their own, and are very open to anything we want to discuss! I wouldnt take my son anywhere else!

Love this office and recommend it highly. Yes we also see a N.P but can see one of the Dr.s if you request it. Love N.P Megan Osam and Debra Thornhill. They are the sweetest and listen to you which most Dr. Do anymore.

Everyone we come in contact with at the clinic is friendly and helpful. Dr Baker and Nurse Practitioner Deborah are absolutely great!!! So blessed to have such a caring clinic to take care of my children.
