I am new to Conway and found Westport Dental. First impression was it was a new place in town, most of the staff seemed frazzled and unsure. My issue was a seeping filling had been beginning to hurt. Dentist took X-rays and said he would see what my insurance would approve. Well 3 months later and half a dozen calls from me I got a follow up appointment because the tooth now was hurting so bad I couldnt eat. Dentist thought best avenue was a crown so he performed a Crown, From the min he touched my mouth I have not been able to eat on that side of my mouth now for over a year. I have been back 10 times trying to get a fix or answer to what he did wrong. My tooth is to high and hurts when I bite down. He sent me to a specialist in little rock for a root canal but the doctor said after his test it was the crown that was the problem not my tooth and sent me back to Westport. Dentist at Westport told me I should have just told the doctor to just do a 850.00 root camel anyways and re scedualed me to see the doctor once again. This is where I gave up and my tooth has hurt now to a point it wakes me at night most days for over a year. Got a second opinion from another Denist and need to get the crown redone due to improper install and margining.

The ONLY negative thing I can think of is I had to wait 9 minutes after my appointment started to get in, but there is no way to give 9/10 here so I gave them 5 stars. Dr. was awesome. Staff was even better! I am a new patient and I was able to fill my paper work in while at home and I got a discount as a reward for doing so. I managed to get an appointment the next day. I had a tooth chip last night. I got in this morning and they even started my crown work by putting in a temporary cap during the same visit. Seriously, the other reviewer ... I just cannot see any of that happening... Except for having to wait 9 minutes (which from my experience with dentists is pretty good) my entire experience from start to finish was clean, clear, kind and very professional. I would recommend to anyone. Price is not my area of experience but as a new patient I needed two X-rays, several forms taken for the crown, a post made, the temporary crown formed and glued in. The entire thing cost me $922, so figure that in if you are looking at prices.

I recently visited Dr. Wiedower at Westport Dental. Despite having never had many dental problems, Dr. Wiedower and his staff put me at ease and fixed my fillings with the bare minimum of discomfort. When I called them with some follow-up concerns, they quickly got me back into the office to address my issues. He and his staff were always gracious and accommodating. I cant imagine a better dental experience that required such work. I would not hesitate to use Dr. Wiedower and Westport Dental in the future.

I normally see Dr Simon but I recently changed insurance companies and cannot see him so I tried this clinic. I did not like the dentist at all, he was very arrogant and just seemed to like to hear himself talk. He contradicted everything my dentist told me previously and everything I said about how I was feeling. I received great customer service by the ladies in his office though. They were all very friendly and helpful. I will not be returning.

I am a new patient at Westport Dental. I have been to several dentists in my lifetime, but Westport is by far the best experience I have had. The entire staff treats me as if my experience is important to them. That means a lot to me. Going to the dentist is rarely fun. However, the folks at Westport Dental have made my appointments bearable at the least and occasionally enjoyable. I now have a dentist for life.

The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff make every visit pleasant. Cleanings by the hygienist are always efficient and on schedule as well. Westport Dental has been a great dental provider and has taken care of me (and my family) with great care.
