Took in my 5 yr old daughter last Friday evening. I called ahead and they said I could get right in. She needed some stitches in her chin and right from the introduction I could tell the physician wanted no part of it. Our 5 yr old protested a little bit but nothing bad. Next thing I know the Dr is refusing to stitch her. We decided to take her to Sparks Van Buren ER. We were in and out in an hour and the staff and physician did an awesome job. She now has 6 stitches in her chin and didnt require any sedation. She just needed a competent staff that knows how to work with kids.

Wont ever go back. Went on 1/20/17 not feeling good with a cough. Dr spent a couple minutes and sent me home. Went back the next day 1/21/17 and different Dr.check for the flu and said I had the flu. Mercy charged Medicare $177.00 and they paid $76.53 leaving me to pay $100.47. On the 1/21/17 Mercy billed Medicare another $177.00 and this time I paid Mercy $82.53. I complained about being charged 2 times. They said they did nothing wrong and I needed to pay them which I did. I wonder how they got the name Mercy?

If I could give this place no stars I would. The wait time is a huge issue. Other patients being seen that got here 30 mins after I did and had no appointment. Then once I was seen I was taken to a small desk and asked for my height and weight and then had temp and blood pressure taken and asked to continue to wait in another room when I had already been waiting 2 hours. DO NOT GO HERE. You will have better luck at the ER.

Took my wife here last week after she got rear ended. She was complaining of back back pain and our family doctor had no openings. The doctor didnt even touch her, have x rays done or anything. Told her that it was just muscular and sent us on our way after a prescription for some pain medication. Finally seen our family today and she has 3 slipped vertebrae and 2 bulging disk. This place sucks!

The dr I seen today was rude !! An basically accused me of drug seeking . All I wanted to do was see if my ribs were broke or not was not even asking for something to make me stop hurting. Also it took over 30 min for them to read my x-ray and say nothing was wrong!

Always fast and friendly service! Ive been coming to the facility since it was Cooper Clinic, now its Mercy and the service has just gotten better over the years. I would recommend it anyone because it is definitely my go to place for urgent care!

Went in today with a minor infection. The staff was great I was in and out in less than an hour with a prescription for antibiotics exactly what I wanted.
