Dr. Marsh and his Nurses are phenomenal. The front desk staff however are rude and inconsiderate. I get to my childs scheduled appointment 15 minutes early, we are the first ones here. I walk to the desk where two of them are talking....I literally stand there for five minutes while a third staff member is picking up magazines around the waiting area. No one acknowledged me. Again, Im standing in front of the desk. So I go sit down and wait a total of ten minutes pass before the third one came back and asked if I had an appointment. She was rather rude, but to be honest that could of have been her personality. Just horrible experience when this is an amazing office.

Our appointment was scheduled for 12:50, no one was at the front desk until 1 then it took 30 more minutes for my daughter to be seen. It took 10 minutes for them to tell us she needed allergy testing, and thats what we were there for. Scheduled for another appointment for testing that we originally went for.
