I was pleased with my visit last week. Everyone was very professional, there was hardly a wait time, and I felt they were very thoroughin my exams. Unfortunately, there were a couple things that may be a deal breaker in regards to my return. A basic cleaning was not included with my exam. I would have had to schedule a separate appointment for that. It was my first visit so I took advantage of the free exam so Im not sure if that is why. Maybe if they bill insurance for a check up you get a cleaning but if youre a new patient expect to pay for it at another appointment. Lastly, the dental hygienist who did my exam said I had some signs of gingivitis and said she had a prescription strength mouth wash I should use. I completely forgot about it until (and wasnt reminded about the medication before I left) I returned home but the office was closed for the weekend. I checked with my pharmacy and they carried the rinse but it was prescription only. Today I called the office to see if they could call in the prescription to treat the gingivitis they told me I had and I was told no, they wouldnt prescribed it but I could buy it at the office only. The frustrating part is the mouth wash cost $16 more at the dentist office than my pharmacy. Thats a little unsettling to me so I am questioning my return.

My hygienist and assistant were both wonderful. The rest of it seemed to just be an unorganized mess. They never entered my insurance information in so I wasnt able to have anything but an x-ray done. I have to reschedule and make another trip to even have a cleaning done. I went in knowing I needed my wisdom teeth surgically removed and when I went to talk to the lady about finances and my referral to an oral surgeon she tried telling me I didnt need my impacted teeth surgically removed. Then when she filled out the referral paper she messed up the referral stating I needed different molars extracted. I had to ask to receive a copy if my x-rays that the oral surgeon will need and ask for someone else to fill out a referral paper correctly. At the end I was about to leave and heard the receptionist talking to my insurance company and I literally had to stand there and walk her through my information because she wasnt giving the insurance company my proper information that was sitting right in front of her. Overall, I was extremely irritated by my experience.

They are honest and very reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly and will take the time to answer your every question. Edit: I recently took a star away because they continue to have a serious scheduling problem. Every visit we have, we are called in 20+ minutes after our appointment time and the dentist is near impossible to see. I actually didnt get to see him during my last visit so they gave me my money back for that part. Their Facebook reviews have similar stories. Aspen need to either hire another dentist or schedule fewer patients during the day. I dont have time to reschedule every time they overbook.

I originally went in to talk about a denture payment plan because I have horribly sensitive teeth and my teeth are extremely crooked to the point I would have to pull some teeth out before I could even get braces (and no one wants to wear braces at almost 30 something years old). They refused to give me dentures and wanted me to pay nearly 10k to have teeth pulled, straightened, cleaned, ect. I went to affordable dentures and am getting all my teeth pulled and dentures for under 5k! I will never go back to Aspen because they dont care about what the customer wants, they only care about how much money they can get.

Dr Ragland was no longer there That dentist I saw did not want to replace my crown,he glued the one back in,v it cost 138.00 and basically I could have done what he did with a dollar tube of glue. He referred me to little Rock where dr Ragland is now for a 2999.00 implant. I saw dr Ragland before he was great and did an awesome job at replacing my crown. He does good work. I did not care for the one in Searcy stall. Its good in one sence that they can get you financing but its for hidh dollarf

The staff was very friendly and funny. They made the experience better by not being so serious. The only issue I had was the receptionist was very rude and hateful. She made comments that were uncalled for and she talked to people like they were stupid. If not for the other staff I would not go back. The nurses and others made up for her ignorance.

Two times I had scheduled appointments that were confirmed by them BUT each time over an hour (almost 2 hours) in waiting room. Whats the reason for appointment if not being seen ? I was not even informed of any reason until I confronted someone. My time is important too so I can pay for this dental work.

The nurses was very polite and kind. The dentist was very nice and was not hard on me nor did he hurt me in pulling my tooth. Thanks a bunch, I will definitely be back if I need more dental work done.
