0 stars! ZERO! In the beginning it was 5 star great, eventually always & only going to this clinic, they seeed to get helpless of me or the vibe of omg here she is always sick blah 2 DIFFERENT DOCTORS I ALWAYS SEEN & HAD ongoing showed very little concerned about my health nor fully actively interested or further knowing how to prevent or provide accurate care to my sickness as if it was fake, joke or to them it all in my head, help is prescribing bunch of different pills they think can help based off appearance & not patients statements or reoccurring symptoms mentioned, doctors assume what the problem could be but not even atleast 50% sure it could be that, they are more about letting you know the costs starting at highest price first & paying your bill. I have been overly charged & payed 35 - 45 for consultation when come to find out it is only 25$, but when not purchasing the highly overrated prices for medication they prescribe from their office they once charged NOTHING then became $10 then 15$ the more I went there & kept paying the made up false charges; the higher the prices would get for me. I had multiple multiple bad experiences with 3 different doctors. They eventually gave up & I felt overwhelming like crap and uncared for literally teared up left very unsatisfied & went to find another medical clinical office around. I been going there for 2 years not knowing the consultation never went up.

Called because I had something stuck in my ear, was quoted 25 for the visit. I Arrived at the clinic, re affirmed the amount as i am very low income, was told no problem. The Doctor saw me talked to me for a minute, said it would be easy. she the brought med students in and used me like a lab rat to show off without asking, said she couldnt get it with this little hook, then said they had to flush it. when they came back they said they wanted to charge me 15 more, i said cant do it so they said oh well pay us. i finally agreed because i had no choice and all they did was shoot some water in my ear and use the same exact hook. i feel like a sucker. they will do what they can to upcharge you just like a shady mechanic.

I went there a few weeks ago to take my daughter because she had a cough. the staff was very friendly and there was no line early in the morning. The registration process was the same as other places although I though the picture part was odd and i was not sure i wanted them to take a photo of my daughter but i got the reason explained thoroughly and my questions answered about it. The wait to see the doctor was less than when i had Kaiser so I cant complain there. The last review says they will try to nickel and dime you. Just say no and they will not press the matter to much. Their prescription prices are kinda up there but if you go to walmart you can probably get them cheaper.

Me and my wife went there because our son 11 year old was sick with cough fever ear infection , and the Doctor and staff were very friendly helpful and accurate on the condition health of our son ( Throat & Ear Infection ) They give us the medicine antibiotics and cough medicine and also ear drops for our son , great place to go when you need to go to the Doctors office.

The entire staff was so professional and kind. I was on vacation and did not plan on needing to go to a medical clinic, but I received better care here than at my doctors office in my hometown.
