This place is, by far, the worst urgent care/medical clinic I have ever encountered. From the doctors, to the staff, all are incompetent, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and just plain awful. My first visit, I scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm on a Tuesday. My appointment was confirmed twice via phone on 2 separate days.Im an hourly employee, mind you, so if I leave early, I dont get paid for the hours I dont work. But Ive been feeling really bad for the past few weeks and thought it was worth it to lose some money to prioritize my health. I got to the clinic 10 mins early for my appointment. Doctor wasnt there. No explanation. They said they left me a voicemail. No such voicemail. I told them they are lying and they copped an attitude with me. I reminded them that I had confirmed this appointment the week prior and the day before. They apologized and offered a free B12 shot and to reschedule my appointment. I gave them another chance and was seen by a doctor the following week. That second visit, I was seen by the doctor, Dr. Castelo, I told her my symptoms and she didnt even check them. She seemed In a hurry. She wanted some labs done, etc. so I was like fine write me up a referral. Later on, I was back at the front desk getting the referral and saw this doctor complaining that she did not want to see this patient who had made an appointment with her. One of the staff told her, Im sorry doctor I know you want to leave but they have an appointment. For me, it was such a disrespectful and inconsiderate situation to have people come in and you refuse to see them because you want to go home. Its your job--do it. We patients are not a meal ticket where our insurance pays you and we are just a number to you. It reminded me of my previous visit wherein I had an appointment but she did not care and left anyway. No call. No notices. So one of the things I needed to do was get a chest X-ray. I went to Centrelake on my lunch break from work and gave them the sheet and told them I needed a chest X-ray. Centrelake said, wait, it says here you need a CT scan. Im like, thats strange, doctor said X-ray. So she calls Rite Medical to confirm--yep, you guessed it, they made an error. They said they were going to fax a corrected document to Centrelake so I can get what I needed done, but it wont be till Monday. I called Rite Medical, very upset that they once again wasted my time. Marissa apologized (but not before copping some attitude with me) and blamed their error on the fact that Centrelake changed their forms format--really??? Why cant you people read the form and double-check your work?! Is not their fault that you people are careless and incompetent! So she promised on Monday when I go back to Centrelake by noon it will be there. Guess what??? I came back today and no corrections were sent. I used up another lunch break. These people dont care about their patients. They are careless, unprofessional, and incompetent. Look at all the other reviews and you will a reflection of their poor service and treatment of patients. They will waste your time, be inconsiderate of your time, give you attitude of you dared be upset about their horrendous treatment, and do nothing about it. You people have no pride In what you do, whatsoever, and do not deserve to be in business. Even the doctor who says hes the owner of the facility doesnt care. If I can give this place an X or negative stars, I would. Do not waste your time coming here. There are other options and any other option is better than them. Notice that they never respond to their negative reviews on Yelp--its because they dont care, and they do not have any intention of improving themselves, or even rectifying the inconvenience they cause their patients. They are ridiculous beyond words.

Dont go here you can do better. Now dust your shoulders off and search another place that does the same thing but better! Sincerely, Saving your Time This place is Difficult to get in contact with.The open times vary from their postings ect....

Ive been coming here for a year now and they just recently changed doctors and he is amazing very polite and informative, he cares about the patents, i recommend this place to anyone young ladies and all.

Everyone was nice from the nurse to the staff. The only problem was the doctor is lazy and did not show up to work.
