Went here for a DMV physical. Waited three hours while the clinics contracted customers got first priority. This day the fire department was sending their people in for exams. The firemen got priority and were called straight back even though they did not seem to have an appointment. (I was told it is walk ins only, no appointments.) Even SamsClub, who apparently has a contract with this place, got called straight back even though I was there well ahead of this kid. At 12 noon the entire staff ran out the door to lunch! I asked if I was going to be seen and was told "in about an hour". I told the receptionist I was going to leave and wanted my money back. Another girl said they would now see me and brought me bach. She took my vitals and put me in an exam room where i was told "the doctor will be right in. I waited... and waited... and waited... After 30 minutes I stuck my head out the door to see what was going on. No one was there! A couple minutes later the girl that put me in the room came walking down the hallway with a large plate of food. I asked her if I was going to be seen today. She rudely said "YES!" as she walked away. I went to the front desk and told the receptionist I was leaving. Then a PA showed up with a plate of food and said he could see me. Lucky the PA was a nice guy. Over the years I have had many DMV physicals and know they do not take long. There was no reason for my exam to take over 3 hours. Overall I was very unsatisfied with the service of this place. Their customer service is weak. DO NOT go to Irwindale Industrial!

The staff isnt too great. Got a physical for school and I told them they needed to fill the paper out for my school and the PA did not. The receptionist had to do it for him and go get 1 signature from the MD and she said I should have told her that it had to be the MD so he could have done the physical; I guess that part was my fault but she could also have told me that when she was "going over" my school form. The physical wasnt really a physical, he didnt check for hernias. Also the receptionist gave me the wrong date for when to come back for a 2 step. When you call to ask for prices they should tell you that its only check or cash only; they dont. I found out in person which frustrated me because had I been told that over the phone, I would have came with cash. The receptionist also miscalculated how much I needed to pay and called me when I was already in the parking lot to tell me the new price because of her miscalculation. So I had to go back to the ATM and lose my parking. I also agree with what people say about the gossip. They do gossip and the girls are loud. Aside from that, the facility is a very clean place. Not all staff is terrible. I had a medical assistant do my urine test, audio, vision, and blood work and she was really great. The PA is a good guy too very funny, but not through with physicals. If youre paying out of your pocket make sure you bring cash or check!

This place is very unprofessional. The staff need a reality check on what they chose as there career. You chose to help people and save peoples lives yet the staff is highly disrespectful they make you feel like youre bothering them when asking questions not to mention ignore you when you are trying to talk to them. You wait for long periods of time with or without an appointment. Theres people who are going to your clinic to finish the process of getting a job to provide food and stability for their families as well as you. Make more of an effort to make us your clients and patients feel comfortable in knowing things will be handled in a timely matter not on your time or when you feel like. How would it feel if you all waited for patients to come to your clinic when all the other clinics are more welcoming? Ive waited over a week for my test results when I could have worked 4 days in already at this job Im waiting on because of you guys. Horrible service.

Nothing! Worst service ever! Called them yesterday to get information on sports physicals for my children and was told to be there anytime before 4. Called today to advise I was bringing in two children and would be there right before 4. The employee on the phone today said. "Its too late, our last physical is taken at 3:20." I was so upset, the employee said okay to taking my children as long as I got there before 4. I arrived at 3:53 and they said, "Sorry, its after 4", while pointing to a clock that said 3:53. Then advised me, with a lobby full of patients, that there was no doctor on site. "He just left". Worst clinic ever. Silverlining: went down the street to Health Pointe Medical Clinic in Irwindale and they were FANTASTIC. Thanks Irwindale Medical, if your service wasnt so poor. I would have never found Health Pointe Medical.

If I could give 0 starts I would. As Im writing this Im still waiting for my physical. 2 1/2 hours Im waiting. Did they forget about me? No! Because I asked them if they did. I can hear the nurses say that the doctor is out at the taco truck getting food. Um, hello?? U have people waiting to see you!! This is pretty ridiculous. People are in and out who have came way after me (from what my fiance is saying in the lobby) and im just stuck waiting. The front desk lady was on the phone saying how they are not busy. So why is it that I am still waiting here. For something that takes less than 5 mins for the doctor to do. Which it literally did. This place is ridiculous, no apology for this long ass wait either.

Awful! Expect to wait hours regardless of what time you go. Staff is unprofessional. When a frustrated man asked how much longer would it be, the front desk staff said very rude and loud "do you want your money back?" repeatedly. They were gossiping and talking about the Kardashians loudly then when the man was taken in to see the doctor they started discussing how "annoying" he was loud enough for a full waiting room to hear. When I was finally called back to see the doctor I could hear a nurse loudly saying "I dont get paid enough to deal with poop." Such awful etiquette. No professionalism. The doctor spent 60 seconds with me and I waited over 2 hours. Worst experience Ive ever had in a medical office.

The absolute worst customer service! They had crappy attitudes, long wait and they waited 2 1/2 days to send out my sample. They are now holding up my employment opportunities! Thanks for keeping food off my table! Every other place has at most taken a day and a half where as this place has taken over a week! Absolutely unnecessary! Do your job and quit gossiping about the patients and Dr.s!
