12:35 I am here right now #anaheimurgentcare . Lady who checked me and my daughter in was #rude and #annoyed for whatever personal reason. For being pretty much the frontline for the face of the company this should be a major concern for the #urgent #care in #Anaheim off of katella and brookhurst. It is called #health #care for a reason. She told me I had no #insurance when in fact I have insurance and have used it here previously. This was not the reason she became rude she seemed annoyed from the beginning of the conversation. The front office #medical #assistant then decided to tell me that the last time I was here was august when actually I have been here after that. This is my go to for urgent care. She then proceeded to ask shrewdly if my daughter was insured when this is her go to place for #urgentcare and her insurance is on file. Remember Its never what you ask its how you ask. It is a #shame that I have had such a #poorcustomerservice experience here because I truly believe that the #medical #assistant s in the front of the office are really nice. Also the #doctors here really care. Maybe she should work in the back filing where there are less people that way she wont be the one being the first impression for the company. If you choose to work in the #healthcare #industry or #healthservices industry remember that you have to deal with people. And when you are the first person that a potential patient or revisiting patient sees you need have #great #customer #service. If you do not possess these traits or dont feel that you can project a great attitude then maybe you are In The wrong industry. 12:59 Just got checked in my room staff who took my #vitals were great. They were cordial listened didnt get a annoyed at us. These people could teach the lady at front office a thing or two. #urgentcare #anaheim #sameday #dr #medical #pediatrics

As a former Physician Assistant here, I can personally give you true & accurate information. If you are looking for a job, look elsewhere. They bounced 6 of my checks in a row, each time telling me a different lie. Not only me, but 9 other associates had multiple bounced checks. The owners lie & lie & lie. If you are looking for an urgent care, there are many in the area that will not only provide better service, but will not have cockroaches crawling around in the lab where your blood is drawn, & stored along with stool & urine samples which are poured down the sink I used to wash my hands in. They have signs all around the building saying "X-rays" "Ultrasound", there is no onsite x-ray service & if you want an ultrasound it will cost you $175. They are currently under investigation by OSHA for over 15 infractions of hazardous & downright disgusting conditions. Ive seen patients with scabies in exam rooms & asked the medical assistants to thoroughly clean the room -- this does not mean "spray Lysol in the air & close the door for 5 mins" (and thats if they actually do what I asked of them) I have personally cleaned blood stains on the floors, walls, & patient tables after asking the staff multiple times to clean as this is a blood borne pathogen biohazard. If you come here, you will probably leave sicker than when you came in. The front desk is the literally THE RUDEST staff I have ever worked with, whether you are calling for information or you are there in person. You will get dirty looks & spoken down to like you or your medical conditions do not matter, & thats if they even acknowledge you at all. For these reasons & many more, I quit & now work at a real Urgent Care.

Never again will my family come here. My son went in shortly after they opened, two people in clinic besides him and it took an hour just to get called in for vitals. Today my husband took my little girl in they were there a little before 8. Finally an employee, nearly ten minutes late to get in and open up someone finally shows. My husband texts me 40 minutes in. Still waiting on the doctor to show up! The staff tells my husband the doctor is not answering their calls. What kind of business runs like this especially when it comes to health care. When I was seen there and had cbc done the doctor did not even explain the results to me I had to google while she was sitting on her laptop not saying a word. I was Patient and I waited and waited. Finally spoke up and asked and she walked over and went thru the paperwork fast and said this is OK....check mark and so on. I went to a better Doctor, Barbara Zipkin with complete women care they are the best in my opinion and I found out everything was fine.

This place is a joke. Poor quality "medical care" with the rudest most unprofessional staff Ive ever experienced in the entirety of my life. This "clinic" is ran by an all female staff including the "medical assistants" and "doctors" (Dr. Suheir Kilani) who openly talk about how they can save money at the cost of the patients care. Aside from being unethical and manipulating/lying on the vital sheets,etc.etc. they purchase "medical supplies" from CVS... Need I say more? This place is the complete opposite of an Urgent Care Medical Facility. With that being said this place will be reported, investigated , and ultimately shutdown for malpractices and insurance fraud. - Security Officer Marshall James Marotte

Love this place. My family has been going here for 5-1/2 years. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind. No appointment needed, and often you get in and out pretty quick, so much that sometimes I just go straight here instead of hassling with the doctors office. We have consistently received amazing care. They listened carefully to the problems and were very thorough. I highly recommended them. They are very kind to the disabled. Impressive.

Staff has always been to my satisfaction, doctor is great with my kids and thats what matters. Yes at times it can be hours and they even let you know when you enter that it could be up to 3 or 4 even 5 hour wait. Its a urgent care for crying out loud, its for urgency not because you signed in first. Priority on the patients injury is who is service to first. This urgent care I like especially since my childrens PCP doesnt do walk ins.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS I WOULD!! I WAITED OVER AN HOUR JUST SO THE SO CALLED "Dr" COULD LOOK AT MY WOUND AND LITERALLY TELL ME IN 5 SECOND ALL I NEEDED WAS ANTIBIODICS..HE SAID I DIDNT NEED THEM BUT HE WOULD GIVE THEM ANYWAYS.. THIS WAS THE WORST WAY I COULD POSSIBLY WASTE $50!!!! IM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT!

CAME IN FOR A COLD/COUGH AND WAS WELCOMED BY THE FRONT STAFF WITH A WARM SMILE. THEY WERE EASY GOING AND ONLY WAITED ABOUT 10 MINS TO BE TRIAGE AND PUT INTO A ROOM. I SAW DR. KILANI AND SHE WAS VERY KIND. SHE WAS PATIENT TO HEAR MY COMPLAINS AND WAS COMPASSIONATE. I RECOMMEND THIS CENTER TO ANYONE.
