Last year I became very ill with some type of viral fever that lasted over two weeks. I went to my clinic and saw Dr. Diana Khalil and the doctor did not know what she was doing. First of all, she stated it would only last two days. Secondly, she prescribed me the wrong medication. She prescribed me pain medication when all along I needed medication to help me lower my fever temperature. I went almost every day because I felt like I was dying alive and was told by the rude medical assistants that I cant be doing that anymore. I need to call and wait for an appointment. Why do they have a walk-in section if non-appointments arent allowed. Also, maybe if their doctors were more competent I wouldnt even be going constantly in the first place. A week into my illness, I decided to have my father take me to the emergency room. I literally felt like I was going to die there. My body was dangerously burning up and the medication Dr. Diana Khalil gave me wasnt even to treat my illness. Right away, the nurse "not doctor - but more competent and knowledgeable" told me I was given the wrong medication and that what I had was a viral fever that would take 7-14 days to overcome. They quickly brought down my fever and prescribed me the right medication. The nurse only had to see me two minutes to tell me what exactly was wrong with me. I started feeling better after I was given the right medication and two days later I went back to Dr. Diana Khalil and told her my fever was not gone and I needed to go back to work. Her response: go do some blood work for STDs. I walked out. Three days later my fever went away on its own. I have not set foot in that clinic since. Dr. Khalil is so incompetent and unknowledgeable that it makes me question where she received her degree. I was fighting for my life while she was playing a guessing game.

Es económico, tiene un buen doctor .Yo tengo años viniendo aqui siempre me han ayudado muy bie. La espera sin sita es larga .. pero con sita te atienden 20 minutos después .. si recomiedo está clínica hay otras clínicas que cobra demaciado y nadasmas te roban dinero y no ayudan.

Great clinic! Great staff!! Doctors and physicians assistants are extremely skilled, compassionate, caring and a pleasure to meet with. Clinic is clean and wait times are fair. Ive gone in and didnt have to wait and when the office of full it doesnt take long to get in. I am very grateful for this Clinic and I highly recommend to anyone in need of a great doctors office. I give the 5 stars because Dr.Beshai is very professional straight forward his the best dr i have seen so far in the city of Anaheim. The only thing is it does take a bit of a wait to get seen i think they set to many appts. So they dnt get to the ppl as fast as they should its always full plus they take walk ins which is a good sign shows they provide gd services. Thank you

Good doctors bad customer service from reception they treat you like if they were doing you a favor when youre actually paying to get treated. When I called in to get info a rude female answered the phone saying that the office was closed to call back later, (la oficina esta cerrada señora llame pa tras )so ghetto lol get it right se dice llama más tarde no "llame pa tras".

Very bad clinic If there is no star or even less I would rate that . My appointment at 9:30 and its almost 11 and not been called in ,they said no rooms Just took vitals and thats it Mexican people comes in and got out cause the most of the staff are Spanish Never recommend that to any one Unless you are Hispanic.

lost waiting periods but really good doctors except for Diana Khalil she forgets stuff.. would of given more 5 stars but the receptionists customer service sucks.. they will see people standing waiting in front on them to be acknowledged and they dont even bother. get better receptionists!

Those people are amazing for my family those people like a true good Samaritan doctor YOSF BE SHAY is the best doctor my son was sick and am just come to USA with no insurance and no money they help me and give my son all the medical help he needs those people are true human

Very Good doctor. The clinic is busy all the time.slow michanics I had have Approved MRI with insurance then I tried to do it , no chance they forgot to send the doctor order. In general the right place for health care.

Staff is nice and prifecional, a bit of wait but its worth it, Dr. Beshai is very profecional, as well as the other drs. there,I wish they bring back the walking vists
