Had a 4 oclock appointment August 17, 2017. I arrived at 3:49 pm I had to wait until 6:15 pm to see the Dr. I will leave his name out. I told him about my concerns and my pain. I told him it is very difficult to work even on modified light duty. I told him I have numbness in both my hands and feet. I told him Im on ibuprofen 800mg tid and its not relieving my pain. He told me he cant help me with the numbness in my hands and feet. He suggested I take something stronger than ibuprofen and that ibuprofen is too weak for me but said it is difficult now to write a prescription for stronger pain medications. He suggested I take some pain injections for my pain. I asked him what kind of medication is in the injection, he said theyre pain medicine. I asked what kind of pain meds he wants to inject he said they help with the pain. I suggested trying stronger pain medication first before taking injections since I am nervous about needles and didnt want to do anything too invasive without trying pain medicine first. He said if I dont want the injections then there is nothing he can help me with. I asked him to take me off work for 2 weeks so I can rest since I work 2 full time jobs and now on modified light duty I do 8 hours a day 6 days a week and I would like to have some time off to rest. He said no that I can still work 6 days a week 8 hours a day. He sends me off with a prescription for ibuprofen 800mg even though he suggested I take something stronger since ibuprofen is weak and wont help me, puts me back to work 6 days a week 8 hours a day, and tells me if I dont take the injections then there is nothing he can do for me, and does nothing to help the numbness in my hands and feet. Plus he made me wait over 2 hours for a 15 minutes initial evaluation with him. Very disappointed with this "doctor ".

Staff and doctors are good, but when it comes to having forms filled out (like supplemental insurance), they are horrible. I was told it would take a week and I would receive a call to let me know when it was ready to be picked up, but two weeks pass and I never received a call. When I called to ask about it, I was transferred multiple times because nobody seemed to know anything about it. I finally found out my form was ready, and I still had to pay the $25 fee, after going through all that. If you leave any forms to be filled out, be sure to stay on top of it. If it wasnt for the lack of communication, I would have given them 5 out of 5 stars instead of 2 out of 5.
