Ive had my last straw pulled.. if I could give zero rating get it would. First with my youngest she was seeing dr I. After months of going to him for what felt like weekly visits I switched to Dr. Gallardo. And she diagnosed her with asthma. After too many constant visits to ear infections she finally referred us to an ear & throat. The day before the appt. With the specialist Dr. G seen my daughter and said nothing was wrong with her and gave her more asthma medication. Just to find out out the next day with the specialist that she had a bad sinus infection and fluid in her ears. Make sure you double check your appts. Call center is a bunch of uneducated employees that dont schedule appts correctly. You show up and turns out the appts was never set up. And expect to wait 1hr to 1 and a half AFTER your scheduled appt just to be put in a room. Plus the wait time inside the room. Either a bunch of morons work here or the mgmt staff needs to be replaced!

This was my 4th time coming here. Expect to leave your schedule open because they wont see you until about 45min to an hour past your original appointment time, even if theyre not busy. If youre coming here for any GYN services NP Rosa is the way to go. She was amazing, knew what she was doing, very informative and answered all of my questions. AVOID RN EUNICE AND KRISTEN THEY GIVE HORRIBLE PATIENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE! They both had a nasty attitude every time I came here. All they wanted to do was get me in and out of the room; and again it wasnt even busy! Kristen does not know how to use the vital signs machine. I had to give her some pointers on it. She rolled her eyes, and said I am high maintenance. Training is definitely needed!

The people at the reception are rude. If you come at 8 pm the doctor doesnt see you anymore even though no one else is waiting in the lobby. I brought my 8 year old son here today and the call a nurse to check my son. The nurse Eva lack of knowledge and sympathy asked my son what happened then she barely looked at my sons leg and she told me that she was not sure what it was. She told me that the doctor was not able to see him tonight because he was very busy and my insurance Cal Optima did not cover with them. Then, She sent me to another Altamed urgent clinic in Anaheim.

Everytime I call the call center or come they tell me different, also the staff does not communicate the time frames correctly when they tell you to come back after lunch for urgent care ! I am so tired of this doctors office! I come because my child is sick and I have to wait hours and hours! It is time to start search for another URGENT CARE! The front desk is not friendly and they dont take your complaints seriously! Go to ANAHEIM location if possible they are GREAT!

This place is my go to urgent care place. They are ALWAYS kind and courteous. Sometimes there is a wait because they take patients with and without appointments. Dr. Vu is attentive and has great bedside manner. The staff are always so kind and greet you with smiles on their faces. Alta Med, in general, is a great place to visit when you need medical attention. The companys passion for quality ,affordable healthcare is evident in their employees.

Vincent Arroyo was the doctor I saw, he was the worst. I came in for a bad sinus infection and pain in my neck. He didnt do anything but write a prescription for antibitotics. Did not make me feel at ease or that he wanted to help people. I felt rushed. I came in at a time when the clinic was not busy. I felt very unsettled leaving this facility and never wanted to go back again.

Nurse Practitioner (NOT a doctor) Vu Phan is HORRIBLE. Dr. Phan Vu is RUDE, does Not care about hes patience. He does not diagnose patients correctly, he does not know what he is doing, Dr. Phan Vu needs to go to school to learn hes jobs. I do NOT trust him and no one else should trust his judgment and decisions, AVOID Dr. Phan Vu at all cost.

I came in at 4:45 for the TB Test Reading. I got told the waiting time is about 15 minutes. I waited an entire hour. The nurse came after I asked at the front desk what is taking so long. The nurse did not even look at my arm for the reading, she signed my document in unreadable handwriting and that was it. 0/10 will not go here again.

Dr. Choi Bryan is my doc. Hes one of the best doctors Ive met. Hes very kind and sincere. He helps me lower my blood sugar within 6 mos. The customer service in this place is so far so good. Overall, I like the place.

Brought my 6 year old in for a physical. Staff was friendly, was seen in about 15 min. They made my son feel comfortable and always had a smile. Best experience Ive had with pediatrics so far. Thanks

Your better off going to a vet. Sometimes they dont even have a doctor(and they dont tell you!), so they just confirm "yes, youre sick." If you are broke with a lot of time, still dont go here.
