If you are uninsured or a private payer-please dont go here. My mother and I both had appointments, and they charged her $60 while charging me $130 ( this is after giving me a 30% discount). Pricing is subjective and biased. I learned from my mistake and please learn from mine...be direct with their offices, find out the exact costs beforehand, and dont let them con you. When I asked how much my visit would cost me beforehand, they told me that it would be determined by the services provided (e.g. Lab work, prescription, etc) and there is no way of knowing until the visit is over. My mother was more direct and demanded that the receptionist ask the doctor what the price would be for a consultation or she would find another physician. Be DIRECT! Its your hard earned money! As far as the services provided. Nurse Kelly was amazing and welcoming. Doctor Archumbalt was professional but indifferent. She claimed I had a virus and when I asked her what kind, she said "there are so many viruses, its hard to tell." -basically she didnt know and didnt care to find out for my sake. Excuse me, but if you are going to charge me MORE than double the standard price that other patients are charged- you should at LEAST diagnose my symptoms correctly.

Stay away from Dr. Young. I filed a formal grievance with the site supervisor which is being reviewed by a medical board. Young was condescending, actually said "there is no such thing as hypoglycemia" and withheld basic blood tests that are protocol in my case, one of which was to monitor my a1C hemoglobin. He dismissed my report of symptoms and body changes. I went for the blood test after two weeks of struggling horribly and was livid at the way I was treated. He acted like an arbiter of the services I was entitled to, not my advocate. He doesnt deserve any stars but this post wouldnt go up unless I tapped one.

So I have had Dr Ballard for a few years now. He is a great doc however, his office staff are incredibly rude. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to make an appointment I am told he has no availabilities until months or weeks later. This is ridiculous for a primary care doc. Thats why I left the Riverside doc cause she was months out. When this facility 1st opened I had no problems getting in, so much for patient loyalty and care. So now each & EVERY time I have to go to urgent care. Guess its time to look for another medical group that actually cares about their patients!!

Good overall, saw Dr. Ballard for Urgent Care on a Saturday, he was a great listener and didnt jump the gun to Rx major meds (which to me is a great thing) My issue wasnt getting too much better after a couple days and I called at opening on Monday and was able to get a late afternoon appt same day. Although he was running about 40 mins late, he still listened, reexamined, thoroughly explained what was happening and was quite personable & genuinely apologetic for the wait time, which to me, made up for it.

PA Howard is an awesome Physcian. But the staff toward my mom being a new patient to RMC she felt like she was hearded. Staff was not friendly or caring. Besides for PA Howard it was a very cold experience. She said she would not go back if not for the Dr. They hurt her even taking her blood pressure. Leaving her arm discolored for a couple days.

Stay away with dr. Nguyen not good with kides at all dont give any medicine and I have to run to urgent care next day on weekends my kides is really bad infection in his ear not friendly with kids wrose doctor I have seen .i m giving him 1 star to post this .

I have been here on several occasions and have had good experiences with Dr Ballard and Dr Archambault. Only person that I would not recommend is Dr Nguyen pediatric.

They made my dad wait in the room for 1 hour didnt even say how long it will take, after that the doctor that came seem very confused and doesnt know to do HORRIBLE.

Dr. Otta is one of the best doctors i have ever had. Truly thourough, cares, does not rush, answers all questions...definatley a patients advocate.
