Unacceptable. Waited nearly two weeks for an appointment. When I arrived the office was closed for the day because someone "called in sick" according to the call center that does the appointments. They didnt bother to call and let me know, only found out after I took off work and went to the office.

Good dermatologists, but they always overbook their patients which causes long wait times. Ive been going here for over 2 years (probably 8 times total) and my shortest wait time has been 20 minutes. Typically they are 30+ minutes behind schedule.
