UPDATE: I just read through some of the other reviews, I should mention that I too started out at this place with a Groupon, but ive never had any issue with making an appointment or getting through on the phone. The staff are nothing but polite and helpful, in fact as you can see from my review below, they were really helpful when I called to cancel all of my appointments. Dr Dawood and his team are wonderful I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. I purchased a block of laser treatments in 2011, a month later I found out I was pregnant and obviously I couldnt continue with the treatments, I called the lovely lady at the Mission Viejo office (I cant recall her name right now) and explained my situation. "No problem at all" She said "We will just keep you in credit and you can return when you are ready!." Perfect! So fast forward a year and I have a 3 month old, Im ready to go back for my treatments, call up, make an appointment. Before I can even make it into the office I find out Im expecting again! (No Im not mad, yes it was a surprise!). Yet again I call the office and explain, and yet again, there is no problem to put a hold on my treatments until im ready. Fast forward to 2014 and Im all done with babies and nursing and ready to go and see Dr Dawood and his lovely Ladies again! Now besides my situation Dr Dawood was lovely not only does he put you at ease, this was my first treatment like this- he is easy on the eye too!!! His nurses are wonderful too. I would recommend this place over and over.

This is a TERRIBLE facility. I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal from this company when they were located in Huntington Beach. It was almost impossible to reach anyone by phone so if you didnt make your next appointment while you were still in the office you were SOL. On top of the just plain bad business practices, the place freaking went out of business in the middle of my laser hair sessions so I didnt even get the full value of my groupon. My understanding was that they were bought out by some other medical practice, but clearly they just shut their doors and started over again in Mission Viejo. I found out they went out of business when I went online to try to change an existing appointment and the site wasnt working. I tried calling the office and got the "you have reached a number that is no longer in service" message. I finally drove by the office on my way to my fiances house and thats how I found out they were gone. I think they oversold the groupon deals and couldnt keep up with the patients or were losing a ton of money so they "went out of business" and started over again. I would avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

I am very comfortable recommending friends go to Sublime. After trying four doctors Dr. Dawood is the only one I now let do my Botox. He really looks at your face and decides which is the best for you. I had laser resurfacing in the Riverside office 5 months ago, I would and will do it again when need be. I was PAIN FREE had great after care and fabulous results. My teenager has been going to Sublime for three years now for laser hair removal and acne ,she is happy with the results and is treated well. Her acne has improved, she looks great after suffering for so many years and getting very ill with the antibiotics that a another dermatologist put her on. Being fair and living in socal we have both had go into the office for dermatology issues, We would suggest that everyone consider having a consultation with sublime before you decide on your doctor because the office is run professionally and has the newest and latest lasers. Dr Darwood really loves and is excited about his work, rare and so important for a doctor working on your and your teenagers face.

I really liked Sublime Medical, because the staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable for an otherwise awkward experience, such as laser hair removal. I had 6 sessions, and noticed amazing results on certain parts of my body, and not so amazing results on other parts. I would imagine 6 sessions is adequate enough to get the job done, but I guess not. Although the results werent as optimal as I expected, the hair in my problem areas did not get worse, which is good. I wanted to continue treatment here, but I moved to a different city, so I am no longer in the area. If I was, however, I would have definitely continued treatment in order to completely terminate the hair growth in my problem areas.

Best Botox experience so far. Very gentle doctor.I have been getting botox for the past 4 years, about 8 times total. I went to the mission viejo office, and the doc injected botox in my forehead and around my eyes. I barley felt one poke during the whole treatment. Doc is nice and is VERY gentle, employees are friendly, The office is probably the nicest office i have ever seen! Prices are very fair. I paid 9 per unit, plus a 50 dollar rebate from BOTOX. 25 units for my forehead and 10 for my crows feet. Definitely will be back. Im scheduled for juvederm for my lips in 2 weeks. If you have ever had botox injection and it hurt or was uncomfortable, you must visit this office.

Ive visited Dr. Dawood probably 10 times over the past few years for laser treatment on a scar, as well as getting freckles removed for cosmetic reasons. Ive been to other dermatologists in Orange County before who have scarred my skin permanently from removing freckles and Im forced to live with their poor treatment to my skin everyday. Dr. Dawood is very conservative when removing freckles, ensuring you wont have any scars. Im very happy with all the work Ive gotten done with this physician and have sent a handful of my friends to him who are also very pleased! I would highly recommend getting services done here.

Pretty quick visits never really wait too long for the nurse. At times they are in a rush and dont take too much time doing the laser, which means skipped spots so uneven hair less results. Never had issues making appts or changing the appts. Front office lady is super nice and ready to help you out. Never met the doctor though not even during consultation. I too like many went in only because of the groupon deal, otherwise I probably wouldnt have tried this place out. After I finished my groupon deal I continued to go for a few more visits then decided to take a break.

Dr. David and his staff are NO. 1. I had the most difficult skin condition called Melasma, with his recommendation, I am completely free from any evidence of that skin curse. He understood how devastating it was to have my face hidden behind that dark mask. He is very, very passionate about achieving the best results. I am so fortunate to have met him and have my life restored. Go see him and his staff and get the real story on how he can help with your skin problem. I know you will feel what I have come to know.
