This is the first review I have ever written online because I am typically pleased with the service I receive. But I feel compelled to review West Dermatology and Dr. Danielle Moul because of how misleading they were to me, and how very unprofessional and shady the staff is at the Rancho Santa Margarita office. If you choose to go here, please watch how they bill your insurance. You might end up being billed for a procedure that didnt take place, causing you and your insurance to overpay. Also, I could never get a straight answer from the office staff when ever I called them to schedule a procedure that I had planned. Somehow their equipment was gone/stolen/ruined. It was SO ODD and SHADY!!!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional. Spends more time flirting with pharmaceutical rep than meeting with patients. Go to a real doctor at a real doctors office instead. I hear Dr. Lennar is great!
