One star because they were open and one more because employees showed up to work there. If they were running a drive thru business they would be awesome! However, its a Dr.s office. Patient care should be a priority.... Not found there. Surely time its money for these folks. First consultation meeting with the doc and out of the office in 15 min or less. Time in the waiting area and in the patient room... 45 minutes. Would gladly recommend this place an enemy...they sealed the deal by verbally giving me a diagnosis of my condition and writing it on a torn sheet of paper saying (and Im not kidding) look it up yourself online. Ha ha ha... I did look it up. Found out more about it online than asking the doc there.

I brought my dad in to see physician assistant Greg Lynch during the month of May for Skin Cancer Awareness Month. He evaluated my dad’s skin, treated some pre-cancers with ln2, did a biopsy, and provided him with a great prescription to treat additional areas of the scalp from home. Greg took his time with my dad, listened to all his concerns, which was a really good thing because Greg actually was able to tell something more serious was going on and convinced him to go be seen by his primary care doctor. My dad hates to go to the doctor so this was a big deal, but I’m glad he went. Can’t say enough thanks to Greg for caring about his patients overall health and having good eyes and ears.

Past experiences were good. Presently getting repeated messages re "high volume of calls - please leave a message and one of our staff will get back ASAP." Have left four messages over the course of a week - with no returns. Whats up with that? // Addition: Got a call-back from the Redlands office this morning apologizing for "trouble with the phones" in Riverside - with an offer to make an appointment in Riverside. On my first visit saw a P.A. who took 2 biopsies. My second visit I saw the doctor for 8 minutes. he couldnt diagnose any problem other than I was coming into contact with something. He told me to call him when I figured it out. Going back to my GP to get a referral to another dermatologist. They said it will take 7-10 days to get a copy of the biopsy results. Until then I have have open sores that bleed. This place is flakey. Jake isnt my real name

It takes forever to schedule an appointment, about 7 weeks out. Once there the wait time is twice as long than the time spent with the dermatologist, if you get to see the dermatologist. Usually you see a PA and your being ushered out in mid question. Hate this place, but its the only office in my prime care group

Called to make sure they would take my insurance before making an appointment the lady who answered, was not sure I would have try back, when asked how long they were open till she did not have an answer either.... Why have some answer calls that wont help out...??? Frustrating

No one answers been trying all week either they have high volumes Out on lunch or left early How is this place professional? Keep calling and calling and calling .. Thank god its not an emergency.
