The doctor here was excellent however the staff here is either lazy or cannot perform their jobs well. I had to wait for two weeks to get my prescription mailed to me. It was sent to the wrong address, mind you this was after having several phone conversations with staff making certain my address was updated. I also updated it when I was at my appointment but that was not enough. It has been about a month since my visit and I am still waiting on a prescription the doctor clearly put on my chart (I know because I have a copy of it). They will probably mail it to the wrong address again or make me wait another two weeks. Either way I will probably have to make several phone calls again to make sure they send it out.

Really THOROUGH and friendly care! My visit was efficient and totally painless. My family doctor referred my to my new dermatologist and I couldnt have been happier to find this office close by to my home in Laguna. I was in and out in less than an hour and had my skin concerns taken care of. Both of these docs are former UCI professors.The doctor asked me before I left the exam room " Have I answered all of your questions today and is there anything wlese that you wanted to make sure to go over with me?" No complaints from me. I am very happy to continue my care here ....and refer my family!

Dr. Nili N. Alai left me with two big scars from mole removal. An infection because she didnt stitch them and many doctors who have seen them said no wonder you got infected since they are pretty good size open wounds. So after antibiotics and my huge scars now I also have to pay for my reports. Im 100% sure they are paying people to give them good reviews. They dont know what they are doing and I dont ever write reviews, thats how bad it was!

My wife and I just had our annual here. MY wife has been seeing her doctors here for about 10 years. They have such wonderful care for their patients. Sitting In the lobby, you can tell how much patients love them. I have seen the practice really grow so much , by leaps and bounds. Our mole checks are really thorough an we dont ever have to point out anything that wasnt already checked out by the doc.

I highly recommended Dr Nili Alai M.D for all dermatology you need. Because she cured my pre cancer skin on my head after a long period which the other dermatology was working on my skin ,and I suffered alot from stye of their proceders . Aso she cured my son fungess nails on his feet ,which he was suffering for a long time ,. but the other dermatology couldn,t.

I have been coming here to help with my some things that had popped up on my face and neck and thank God I came in because the doctor had me test a suspicious mole on my neck with a biopsy.
