I came to this urgent care with my girlfriend...waited 20 mins in lobby(not bad) then was taken to a scale by a rude, abrupt nurse. We were shown to a small dirty and stuffy room. A sweaty "doctor" came in about 20 mins later , didnt touch me just looked from a distance and gave me a diagnosis based on what I told him my dad had(he lives with me) he said "lets just go with it, cuz of how contagious it is"...no testing...no scratch test...nada. he asks what meds my dad was prescribed so he can priscribe the same thing( arent docs supposed to already know the name of the meds?) Then he proceeds to take 40mins!!!!!! To write the damn script.....wtf?!?!

Slow. Slow. And slow. Please go and have a seat, someone will be with you in couple of hours. Then when it is mumy turn, I see a nurse only, while the old doctor is laying like a mess over a chair in the other room. I got black and blue on my arms for 2 weeks because the inexperienced nurse pinched my vein by mistake. I asked: do you always make people wait so long? The office manager (!!!) said: we only have one doctor here. I said: Did you even ask why Im here?! ... ** Id rather die next time and dont come here ever again.

This urgent care is ok. The doctor isnt friendly at all and doesnt add rest all your concerns. I had to take some labs and the medical assistant said my results would be back in 1 week. I called 1 week later the receptionist told me 10 days and they would call me so I can go over the results with the doctor. Then I called back in 14 days they told me it wasnt ready. I called day 18 and she says oh come in to get the results. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

Nothing some of the nurse asst. are so stupid .All I asked was for them to fax my prescription to the pharmacy and all day long they gave me the run around telling me to just go to the pharmacy when its so damn easy to fax the prescription.Not only did the RN not understand that i had back pain and needed meds .Is like if your getting payed to do your job do it right .i will never again go here and will make sure people i know ,know how bad of a clinic this is.

The beginning to the end of my service was incredible. Going into any doctors office, you can expect some downtime but the waiting room and employees provided great care and attention while I waited. The staff were cooperative, patient and compassionate. The doctors and medical assistants were sweet and caring. Once I was seen, everything went smoothly and the atmosphere between patient and doctor was friendly. I highly recommend this place!

This is a GREAT urgent care! I dont understand why people are saying everyone was rude. All the ladies that work their are polite. Since when is an urgent care quick? Please go to an emergency room and tell me which is quicker..... probably an urgent care. No one will tend to you right away in your life, so be patient. The office staff here works efficiently and gets you out as quickly as possible.

The only reason Im saying three stars is because the nurses were polite. I went on a Thursday night and the doctor was extremely rude. I was having pelvic pain that I thought had to do with my spine being crooked. He came into the room and started yelling at me talking about "We are not specialist!" All kinds of other things.... It was not only embarrassing it was scary lol. Not my first choice....

I took my daughter to the clinic when she was sick. I was quickly helped by the receptionist. There was only 1 person waiting when we arrived. After about 15-20 min, the nurse called us in. Once the doctor got there he checked up on my baby and gave me medication. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I would def recommend this place to anyone!!

The doctor didnt even know what medication I was talking about when he asked what medication Im allergic to (Ondansetron). He was extremely rude. The nurse and the lady up front were very nice and we didnt wait long. But the doctor and the lack of being professional killed everything for me. I would not trust this doctor farther than I could throw him.

All I can say was the staff here are lifesavers! I needed vaccinations for a job and they stepped right up when I had been given the run around and even lied to by other clinics.the office. Was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly. I will go back again in the future. Thanks Ironstone.

Screw this place .... takes for ever, rude staff (Beatriz) or whatever her name is it doesnt matter .... The chubby doctor was more nervous than I was to review my problem and prescribe me something .... I dont recommend this place , i would drive further .. your welcome

Great for Free STD testing and treatments. I went there for their advertised Free STD testing. Didnt know it was free for a certain income criteria. Luckily I squeaked by. But the front desk lady is very nice. I was seen by the doctor both times.

This place is the worst urgent care in all of riverside are I think. It took almost 3 hours to get seen and there wasnt even any patients in front of us. The place is old and the nurses dont have a clue to what they are doing.

This place is great. When I walked in I was surprised to see how clean it was compared to other independently owned urgent cares I have been to. I was seen in a very timely manner and the staff was helpful and friendly.

"STAY AWAY" This facility should be located in Mexico. My wife was treated here for a cough, three hours later given a perscription for non-perscription medicine by a nurse practitioner posing as a doctor.

Ive been to this place once before, its very clean and there is a beautiful fish tank. I cant say I was seen quickly because my case was minor, but do respect that they took the more urgent cases.

Lady is rude when we called to verify that they are open she said I answered the phone didnt I, now calling people out of order and so on. Only if absolutely necessary would I come back

This place had us wait for an hour an the DR was not even there. No one came to tell us, just left us in a dirty room. Never coming back.
