This place is filled with incompetence. With a few exceptions in the staff, it seems that the only thing that runs in these peoples heads is twerking and Honey-boo-boo. I cannot stress enough how lazy the women at the front desk are. For one, they sound like Jack-in-the-Box cashiers over the phone: rude and unwilling to do things right. One of them failed miserably at giving me a simple doctors note for work. After the Physician and myself told her I was to be excused for the 8th of December, she wrote it for the 1st...that day, it was the 5th: why would I need a doctors note for a date from the past? Second, extremely long wait times on the phone. Expect to play phone tag with at least three people before someone who is adequate enough to answer your questions picks up. I called back once I noticed the wrong date for my doctors note. It was a 2 hour long battle to get them to email me a simple note. First, they wanted me to come back which I declined. Then they had me set up an account with their website so they could post it there. I did what they asked and no note was available. Called back for another game of phone tag, and all this because of their errors. People dont have time for this inefficiency. Put down the Hot Cheetos and do your job right. Not only are they mentally incapable of doing simple office tasks, the only two times I have gone to get blood drawn for lab work, I have been asked to come back because they filled the wrong sample tubes or because an "order was overlooked", meaning they did not pay attention to how much blood was to be drawn and what they needed it for. I am never going back to this place. It is such a shame that the doctors and physicians, who are real nice and helpful, have such an inept downline of office staff running the show. Avoid this place for your own health.

Hello just wanted to share my experience in west point medical center..Ive been there a few times and the staff there are very nice..very professional with there work especially the girls at the reception desk Olga and Alyssa theyre very kind people and always with a nice attitude....theyre not only proficient in front desk but also in the back office..very good employees overall.... As far as the doctors go I have had good experience with Wendy and Dr.Bembi they are very helpful and very nice when it comes to treat a patient.Ive always had very good treatment coming from them as well as the rest of their staff..very professional clinic.I do encourage people to be treated here ..especially when it comes to the care of kids because they are very patient with kids and super nice...Ive been treated there as a workers comp patient as well as regular visit patient and always gotten great treatment and dont have to be waiting for long hours like in other places

this is my first review for anything and i wouldnt do it if i didnt believe it could change lives so that is why i am writing this review first i wanna say the customer service is always on point they actually care about the people that come to them and that is what makes me love them even more and they have the perfect balance of being a professional and getting the job done but also knowing that they are no different from you they share their own successes stories as proof and i appreciate people like that and the weight lost program is effective and actually works when you do it as followed so yes i would recommend coming here if you need to lose weight and keep it off SO THAT IS ALL FOR NOW MY PEEPS!!! have a good one

My experiance at west point urgent care was horrible.I highly recommend you go some where else other than west point urgent care. They sent my sons medicine to the wrong pharmacy and had me driving pharmacy to pharmacy trying to figure out where they sent it. I called the office and the lady gave me attitude and told me it was at the CVS on sierra and baseline let me remind you there isnt a CVS on sierra and baseline I called back and someone else told me it was sent to the CVS in San Bernardino. I live in Fontana, not San Bernardino why would I have my sons pharmacist out there? That was their mistake. They should hire people that know what their doing.

Will NEVER go back to this place! Went there when i was pregnant because i had a cut that would not stop bleeding. They charged my insurance god knows how much and charged me 15 for copay to tell me i had to go to a specialist. Went there again when i had blinding pain suddenly one day and my doc office said they couldnt see me. This place wanted to give me STRETCHES!!!No pain meds or anything!! Turns out i had a disc problem! So i waited there almost 4 hours and paid 15 again just to be turned away in AGONIZING pain! Oh but she did tell me the meds that TWO other docs at TWO SEPERATE offices recommended were not safe and i should stop taking them.

ive been to several clinics and this one is so far, the best! medical attendants are known for being rude and do thier tasks like a robot. but this clinic is different. Debbie has been very friendly and efficient. she makes sure that I am well taken care of. She goes out of her way to ensure the she gives the best service. Erica on the other hand, is a jolly and happy person. she laughs at my faintest jokes. she frowns when i tell her that i have pain or am not feeling well. ive never been to a clinic where everyone is so in touch with you and treats you like a proper human being. hats off to all employees! good job and keep it up!

West Point Medical Center is a great urgent care office! I completed a primary care urgent care rotation there while in PA school and would highly recommend it to others as a place of employment. I would also recommend it to patients. The providers and staff are friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. This office takes patient wait times very seriously. While making it a point to provide adequate and proper care, they also do a great job of reducing the amount of time patients have to sit around and wait - which is how urgent care offices should be!

My experience at West Point Medical located at 7798 Cherry Ave in Fontana is always pleasantly great. My doctors are very helpful and very determined to give me the referral needed to the next doctor for my well being. And my doctors work couldnt be complete without the assistance and 2 lovely young ladies Erika and Debbie. I highly recommend this place to be your next stop for primary care if you want to avoid the B.S. run around like most other clinics and doctors and poor customer service most people deal with.

I highly recommend this place, been taking my kids for years and now I took my baby. All the staff are great, Olga is great and very helpful, Juan took my babys vitals, hes amazing and does an awesome job, took really good care of us and was quick as well, the Doctor, Mike is very good at what he does I trust him with my kids every time, my baby had to get an X-ray and Ricky the X-ray tech was very nice and quick! Overall a very nice experience will for sure recommend this place to all my family and friends
