VERY long wait for a CT scan (well over an hour). This was an unscheduled visit so you get what you get, but I had the feeling they forgot about me in the back room until I made a visit to the front desk to inquire how much longer. My CT scan was pre-aproved by Cigna (while I waited). The CT scan was charged at $792, insurance approved $265. So, $265 is the fair price but if you dont have insurance (maybe youre too poor?) you get to pay $792. Understand this is just how it works but its disgusting and obscene. However, long wait and unfair charging are status quo and not why Im compelled to write a one star review. In addition to the CT scan, my Cigna insurance statement shows a $465 charge for an X-RAY I DID NOT RECEIVE. Cigna pre-approved the CT scan which was what was ordered. No problem with that. But they charged me $465 for an "X-RAY" that was not ordered, was not pre-approved by Cigna, and DID NOT HAPPEN. The Cigna statement says "THE PROVIDER IS FORBIDDEN FROM BILLING THE PATIENT FOR THIS AMOUNT" - so if they try to ream you too be aware if youre lucky enough to have insurance youre not liable for non-authorized charges. Its bad enough to charge three times the going rate for a routine procedure without trying to sneak in an additional fraudulent charge! Ill tell the referring Dr. about this but probably wont matter to him since hes in the same game. Also calling Cigna to report the fraudulent charge. !!!FRAUD!!! !!!ABUSE!!!

WORST IMAGING WE EVER BEEN THEY NEED BETTER MANAGMENT AND BETTER MACHINES BECAUSE WE WENT THERE TWICE SOME OF THEIR MACHINES WERE DOWN THEY DONT LIKE TO GIVE YOU THE CD WHICH COSTS THEM 10 CENTS TO TAKE IT TO YOUR DOCTOR WHICH IS YOUR RIGHT TO KEEP IT I AM EVEN NOT TALKING ABOUT THE REPORT LUCKY IF THEY GIVE IT TO YOU IN ONE WEEK THEY CHARGE YOU MONEY FOR IT EVERY PLACE ELSE IS FREE YOU CALL THEM AND ASK IF THE REPORT OR CD IS READY THEY TELL U IT IS. WHEN YOU GO THERE NOTHING IS READY NO ONE KNOWS WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT SOMETIMES THEY GIVE IT TO YOU AFTER 30 MINUTES OTHER PLACES IS READY OR IT TAKES 10 MINUTES MAX THATS IF YOU ARE LUCKY OTHERWISE THEY TELL YOU COME TOMOROW I WAS GONA HAVE CT SCAN THEY CALL ME IF I CAN GO 2 HOURS EARLIER DR WILL LEAVE EARLY AFTER I WENT THERE THEY TOOK ME INSIDE AFTER 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES WAITING OUTSIDE WORST EXPERINCE I EVER HAD I HOPE THEY FIX THE PROBLEMS AND BRING BETTER QUALIFIED PEOPLE.

I have a Brain MRI at Millenium every 3 months.Millenium Imaging is pleasant and professional. The staff is excellent in customer service. The Rancho office is tastefully decorated. The waiting area reminds me of a hotel lobby (I havent been to the Montclair office). I have pretty serious claustrophobia, but never have a problem with this at Millenium. The MRI machines are open enough to prevent this. The Drs. are quite knowledgable and helpful. If you need an MRI, I recommend Millenium highly!

For one i explained on the phone that I could not set lay or stand for long periods of time but I still had to wait 30 mins pasted my appointment when I was leaving I ask them to send reports to two Drs and I left now one month later the Dr wants a CD report I call to pick one up they say they gave me one at the appointment and I signed for it and what is signed for was a release of my records to the Drs not saying I received a CD and now the want me to pay 15 dollars for one good scam

They change their appointments schedule to fit their needs, not the patients. My wife had an appointment at 2 oclock we show up at 1:30 they said her appointment was not till 2:30. Her pain management specialist wrote us a nasty letter saying that MIMC tried to contact us multiple times to make an appointment. Now when she tries to call and make an other appointment they say that her current referral is not in their system.

I had to change the date of my appointment to an earlier date because I had a court appointment I had forgotten about and I have surgery schedule for next week, the receptionist were very accommodating and squeezed me in 3 days earlier, got my mri done in less than an hour and my doctor got the results the every next day, I must say now days people usually dont go out of thier way to help you but they did.

Dont bother making an appointment, theyll just cancel it. No consideration for working people with their scheduling. Unless you are retired, unemployed, or have a forgiving boss who will give you ample time off, go elsewhere.

Yeah wait times are normal. Be prepared. The MRI equipment here is bigger, I felt less claustrophobic. The doctor who did the MRI with the ink was really good. I recommend!
