I just called to get info about vaccination and Cristina the person that answer was very rude giving me the info and then hang up on me before I had finished I called back and told her I have not finish my questions and she did not let me explain what else I needed it, just reply to me with no apology what so ever that she gave me the prices and the info I asked. Well Cristina you did not give me the chance to make the appointment and Im not making it now No wonder all the bad reviews this clinic has Terrible Customer service and phone etiquette !!!

I have been there three times and never been seen by Dr. Patel. Each time I have been scheduled to see Dr. Patel I have been seen by his physicians assistant, Marie. However, on my receipts for the visits and payment of my co-pay never have the physician assistants name anywhere on my statement. I wonder if this is an acceptable way of doing business. I am going to check with my insurance carrier and will try to repost with the insurance companys response.

Either this guy ( Bakul ) is ignorant or misdiagnoses on purpose, so that you keep coming back to his office, so he can make money. He would not refer me to a specialist, though I came in with symptoms of stroke and spent days in emergency at better hospital. He is dangerous. Regarding Dr Marie, one time she tried to prescribe me anti-fungal medication for "eczema". I had to tell her what medication I needed for that condition.

Horrible service. They are only interested in making money. I would not recommend this facility. I went for a physical and all they did was to collect my blood. They did not check my heart rate, etc... They appeared to be in a hurry.
