The Doctor was profesional and the wait was not bad while waiting to get called into a room but getting treatment took 3hrs. The nurses are very rude and unprofessional, hard to believe they are well educated RNs. They were gossiping about the patient outside the patient care rooms and you could hear everything. They were even talking crap about how the patient requested a service (x-rays) to be on the safe side of what had happened and they were bad mouthing on how it was a dumb decision (being on the safe side of someones health is never a dumb decision) plus, we are paying for the service... It took a lot for me to not go outside and let them know how unprofessional they were acting. Whatever, never again shall we come here. Wished I would have read previous reviews, there is no dignity for their patients here, they should either change the name or the staff.

Its very telling when all the neg reviews are either one sentence or represent 3rd grade grammar and spelling. This urgent care is the best in the area. Its a brand new facility with modern equipment and a well trained staff. Check is a breeze, no paper AT ALL and I didnt even have to provide my insurance card the receptionist simply looked it up electronically. I had to wait a bit but theyre providing quality care. I have never received such thorough and comprehensive healthcare at an urgent care facility. The nurses and doctors were prompt and efficient. I used to go to Pinnacle in Rialto and that place is a hack job in TJ compared to Dignity Health. I will continue to come here and highly recommend this facility.

This place is horrible. Waited 7 hours for my husband and was forgotten about! Was also given wrong treatment and medication. People behind the desk were rude and eating all over the facility. We had went for flu like sysptoms and when leaving somehow ended up with asthma which there was no history of. Was given 2 wrong prescriptions which we didnt notice till later that night when he almost had passed out from the illness. I had caught the same he had and went to kaiser the next day. I was in and out of urgent care within the hr with the correct treatment and medication..... A flu! I really dont see how they can be in business and risking health.

The wait time was not bad at all, but I had gone when literally NO ONE was in there. There was a nurse and his name was Pancho ( I think) and he was so rude. You can tell he did not enjoy his job. Being a nurse is a passion for some people and it definitely was not for him. He was grumpy, looked irritated if you even asked a question, and had NO MANNERS. He should not be working in the medical field if he doesnt know who to handle people or medicine. With that being said, because of him I will not be returning to this hospital. They need to look into the way their employees act.

Horrible service. The staff have a nice attitude but completely incompetent. Waiting even with a appointment is going to take about a hour. Thats just to get passed back to a room. Another hour for the doctor to get there. Unless you like sitting for up to 3 hours. I asked a question to the doctor and ive been here waiting for the doctor to come out for about 2 hours and ongoing. Just for a answer to a question. PLEASE PICK ANOTHER DOCTOR !!!! DONT LET THESE DOCTORS WASTE YOUR TIME!

Horrible office, my wife went there with an extremely bad toothache on Sunday cuz all dentists were closed the PA on staff wrote her a prescription for an antibiotic and a class 2 pain medication, the PA wrote the prescription wrong when walgreens called her on it she canceled the prescription and told my wife to go to ER. The worst customer service, no empathy at all for patients in pain, my advice would be go somewhere else!! Avoid this place!!

I have been here about 7 times and I have always received fast, curtious, friendly service. The staff is very helpful they always call me the next day to see how am I doing. The medical staff seem to really care about you, not like some other places I have been to. The most I have ever been sitting in the waiting room is 5 minutes, no more, they are always empty. The facility is very clean and they have plenty of parking space.

Yesterday took me 2.5 hrs to be given a completely wrong diagnosis and antibiotic medicine that made me feel sick, also they admitted to "forgetting about me". The dr barely looked at me, and refused to hear my concerns when I questioned his diagnosis. I saw a dr today who told me whomever saw me here was an idiot and to not take the medicine. "Dignity Health" no.

Staff was very professional. It took less than 2 hours after check-in to be seen by a doctor and released. The doctor on duty took a moment to answer some questions I had AFTER I was already seen even though they had a waiting room full of patience. I definitely would return if I was unable to see my primary physician after hours. Keep up the good work!

dont ever go there scam rip off i went the in November and told them that i was not going to use my insurance and that i was paying cash. i paid cash. in Jan i get a bill saying that i now owe them more money they keep charging me when i already paid them now they are telling me that they are sending me to collection for some thing that i already paid.

They are a ripoff. DO NOT GO HERE> They are not real DOCTORS. No wonder I always feel more comfortable seeing doctors in TIJuana. Unfortunately when I went I did not have Insurance. I like the hours they are open especially on the weekend they keep the same hours. Which is great because thats when our kids get sick. The office is nice and clean even the bathrooms. I have been going for years and also recommend them to my family and friends. The service is great. They even take x-rays when needed.

Worst experience ever. I waited 3 plus hours to be seen. I even saw a patient who got there after me.. be seen and leave before me. The worst part of all is that i work for the same foundation. To see that they do not follow our mission and values is so sad. Where is the human connection in this facility? So sad.

Fantastic service! I have medi-cal and I am used to being treated like a low life because of it. When I went to this urgent care I felt like I was there top priority. I think I waited a whole 5 minutes to see a dr. they took the time to talk to me and ease my worries. If I could give six stars I would.

Just waist time they close at 9:00pm so same of the people leave so if you need an xrays or anything can help so my son when home the same with pain so urgent only to charge NEVER CAMING BACK . I got there before 7:00pm and leave after 10:00pm very disappoint.
