This place is a joke. Im a new patient who battled traffic from LAX to make it to my appointment on time. I showed up to the Jurupa office to find out I was at the wrong location "on time". No one ever told me there was multiple locations. The receptionist called the Eastville office to explain the confusion and they told me to drive to the Eastville office that I would be seen. I showed up to the Eastville office and a fat Hispanic receptionist named Susan, I believe. Said I could not be seen due to it taking me longer than 10 minutes to make the commute between offices. I explained its impossible to travel that distance in 10 min and showed her my gps on my phone that stated it took 17min to make the commute(took me 19min). She looked at my phone shrugged her shoulders and stated that the other office should have told me not to take longer than 10 min. The customer service is a joke. They neglected to give me vital information twice the would have saved a 2 hour commute. Took absolutely no ownership or empathy for not providing me the information. Tell me to reschedule soonest availability is 3 weeks out. I will definitely never use this facility nor recommend or bring my family here.. If you choose to use this place bring the receptionist a burger.

Really it doesnt even deserve the one star.....But I wasnt able to leave it blank. I Worked for this clinic for 1 month, one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in my 30 yrs. of experience. Starting with the doctors and staff in the urology department, whos to say this may also be happening in other departments there. They made me feel un welcomed. The communication is very poor there. You have to know someone there in order to be liked. Sadly, the so call "focal point" standard of care for RMC is patient care and to extend that extra care for others with a friendly smile., is all fake. The Doctors were very rude, mean, and very inpatient when a new comer is on board, very short with you and unprofessional when addressing issues or concerns were they yell at you in front of others. Need I not say more.....

My fiance was 32-34 weeks along in her pregnancy, trying to make an appointment. It took two weeks to even get on the phone with someone (the hours arent posted anywhere online or through the phone message) and when she finally did get to speak to someone, they directed her to another number. She said to leave our names and number, someone would call us back in a week or two probably. We have not been serviced yet by Riverside but it has already started off on a horrible note. Probably will go somewhere else.

Went here because nonody knew what was wrong with my body. I got my first blood test ever. The lady who did my blood test was the sweetest person ever. She got me a cup of nice cold water and told me everything was going to be okay. Also, this place is very convenient with everything being in one building. There is no need to go to lunch cause they also have a cafeteria! The people here are so trusting and honest. They comforted me at the worst times.

Two hours of waiting for my sons prescription to be sent to the pharmacy! Still not here. Not good when have eye infection spreading to other eye, sooner get the medicine the faster stops spreading, faster my four year old son gets relief. Its one thing to not care for us veterans well, were use to sorry excuse instead of service, but our children deserve better care. Wish there was an alternative in a Sunday when need urgent Care.

Rude customer service agent. An elderly couple 1 in a wheelchair the other with a walker. They requested help to get her to her car. 30 minutes later this poor elderly gentleman with his walker pushed her outside. The agents tone towards customers is as if they are bothering her. She might consider her actions and treatment as a learning opportunity. Dont think shed appreciate the attitude towards her or her family.

The first time I came to this clinic for cardio testing, I was impressed. Breath taking on how clean the facility is. Im used to going to other clinic on Day St so there was no need to come here. The staffs here is so friendly and everything is done so quickly. The doctors is very nice. I will not hesitate to come back again and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Did mentioned how clean it is?? Oh I did!!!

This place is good for the inland empire. There are some really scary clinics and doctors offices in the IE and this is not one of them. The staff is pretty good here and works well to meet your needs. The biggest problem and it is a problem with the IE is staff. No one wants to live or work here so staff turns over a bit. I have had two or three doctors in the four years I have been here.

Each time I go to Riverside Medical Clinic I am treated so kind and in a way I know that they are trying to do what is best for my health. Sometimes it takes longer to get appointments, but each time, it has been worth the wait to be taken care of by truly wonderful staff. Thank you!!

Great place. Interesting to have seen this place come into its own over the years as they move from building to building becoming more of a medical powerhouse in the community. Wish Dr. Frankenstein was still a resident, it was always a hoot to see the business cards on the counters.

Went to urgent care for my mother, only two people in the waiting room. Had to wait 40 mins in a room before a doctor came and over an hour and half for a C-Scan and now back to urgent care and waiting for the results.. we got her at 9:30 and it is 12:40 and still waiting!!!

I just had an ultrasound done.. I wasnt happy they said they would have a second person show ultrasound to my family and this never happened. All they did was take and take pictures without a word ans that was it. Make sure they do what they say they will do.

I went here once and hated it. It reminded me of a county hospital. When I made my appointment not knowing that they where setting me up with a physicians assistant when I wanted to see a real doctor for the problem I was having at that time.

Been going 8 years for me and 2 growing kids. Love the ped department..cafeteria...mammograms...orthopedic...family practice...med records.... Clean and organized. Me communicates via email with me. Great..wish they did weddings!!$$$

Most reviews are good. A few are horrible. Its hard to find a doctor who is compassionate and not arrogant. I think seeing patients everyday could become very routine and very impersonal. It could take a lot to be a good doctor.

Been going since it was across the street they really improved it when I was 10 and loved going to the new location :) fast clean and they have all you need in that hospital from glasses to rx amazing place.

I have excellent doctors Dr Crane , Dr Bailey and Dr Hu. The clinic as for X-ray, blood tests and MRI they made me comfortable. I would recommend the Clinic.
