Horrible place. Dr rafaat was a great dentist just a shame he wored here he has now moved on to another location. Their admin is really shady. I got charged twice for a crown, i went on military orders asked them to freeze my account. They confirmed that they would for military obligations, then they never did as i got many calls from debt collectors later on telling me my credit is suffering and that i owe 1,300 dollars. Always rescheduled my appointments as well, horribly long wait every appointment only to have it rescheduled

Dr. Michael Drake is the man!He showed me my options of a bridge or a crown and a implant.He gave me the pros and cons of both that helped me make an informed decision.Dr. Drake is very skilled keeping the pain and time in chair to a minimum.His work is quality,he is personable and a pleasure to work with.I plan on continuing to be his patient in the future.Thank you Dr. Drake!

The worst service. I took my son in since he was having tooth pain. He required a mini root canal. However after waiting an hour to be seen. The dentist gives me a prescription for an infection and told me to make an appointment in 5 days. I dont think so. Needless to say I went to another dentist and my son is no longer in pain, no thanks to Gentle Dental.

The worst place ever I highly dont recommend this place...When I went in for my wisdom tooth to get attracted I asked if it was covered they said yes..a year later I had a collection notice in my credit that I owed $900 cause supposedly it wasnt covered after all when everything was done. Dont get your money taken People!! This place screws you over.

They tried to charge me $700 for a cleaning then when i said i couldnt afford that they dropped it to 300 then i called my insurance and my insurance company said i should only pay $35 dollars max. That $35 is my deductable and my plan covers both cleanings and deep cleanings. This place clearly tried to rip me off.

I love Dr rafaat and he is the only dentist that I will allow to work on me. Im Heey saddened that he is no longer there. I am trying to locate his new practice. I believe he is in Laguna but not able to confirm. I would love any info on his location!!

Upon reception I was greeted with warm pleasantries. The staff including the Dr. were kind patient and gentle, thus the name Gentle Dental! I am recommending to all friends and family about this specific office!
