I would say STAY AWAY!! I broke a front tooth. I chose them because I have medical issues and their hours seem perfect. It was a nightmare to say the least, I got my first appointment the dentist said I needed 4 crowns, 4 root canals, a cavity filled, a dental implant, a deep cleaning and my MD needed to sign a medical release soon after they send a woman that told me they were going to send all that info to my insurance to get it approved and they would contact me in a few weeks. A couple of weeks went by so I called to ask the receptionist she said I first had to see a specialist. The next day I decided to go and ask why I needed to see a specialist they couldnt give me a straight answer, I asked to discuss me just getting my tooth fixed it with the dentist he wasnt there but I saw another who told me 1st I needed my MDs approval and still need to see the specialist so I did. The specialist said that in my case it wasnt necessary for me to get root canals done I went to their other office and made my next appointment. I came back 4 days later my appointment was at 5:30 it was 6:00 no one had called me they said they were waiting for the specialist because they didnt know what work they needed to do. I got frustrated and left with no work done, it was ridiculous that they had made me wait so long, just to give me excuses and they wanted me to see the specialist again because the dentist saw something new under a crown, that was on a Thursday on Saturday a woman called my nieces cellphone asking for me to confirm my appointment for Monday my appointment the actual appointment was for the next Thursday, I decided to go back on Sunday to talk to someone that had a clue but the office closes early and came across a nice lady she apologized on their behalf and promised she would do what she could to help. When she called me saying she had canceled both Monday and Tuesdays appointment and gave me more excuses and I that I needed 4 root canals, I promptly interrupted her to inform her I didnt need them, the specialist said so, she had no clue and so she said she would call me back. I gave up. I is obvious on one knows what is going on in that office, they are so unprofessional, they have the one person cover the mistakes the other even the 2nd dentist made excuses and blamed it on the insurance companies and if that is the case I dont want them working on me.

I wish I could rate it 0 stars because thats how much I hate this place. My sister and I have been going here for about 3 years now and they never fail to disappoint me each time I walk in. Every appointment, they make me wait for about half an hour to an hour. Even more so, the receptionists are rude, condescending, and absolutely ridiculous. Last appointment, my sister and I got our teeth cleaned by a Vietnamese doctor who basically cleaned our teeth so hard that we both started to cry. Now, Im no wimp when it comes to doctors, but this one was ridiculous, and he didnt even stop to ask or even recognize that I was motioning to him frantically to stop. Nevertheless, I was relieved when he finally finished. My sister, however, told me that he had hurt her so much that her teeth had actually been repositioned and made her uncomfortable. So we went back inside and the receptionists made a big fuss about us taking up their time and space. I look around -- no waiting patients, empty chairs inside the actual workplace. Anyways, the dentist did something that only relieved about 20% of her issue. Now for today -- my sister and I walk in at the appointment time and then they tell me they want us to update our information. With us being minors, we have to wait for our mom, but our mom is constantly busy and they know that shes not always able to be there for us. So we call her and tell them that shell be here in 20 minutes. Then the rude and ridiculous receptionist has the audacity to ask if we would like to reschedule. Its already so difficult to book an appointment there that aligns with our schedule, and they want us to reschedule not because we came late but because they want us to update tedious emergency contact and address information that can easily be done AFTER THE APPOINTMENT. We came on time. We fulfilled our part of the appointment. Why cant you do that too? Furthermore, this isnt the first time this has happened. This happens every time I come to this place, and it frustrates me more and more. 7 day dental is unprofessional, time-consuming, and just ridiculous. It used to be so much better, but now theyre just so irritating to deal with. Dont sign up here. Go to another location. This one is not for you or for your time.

All of my previous visits have been good, but on 4/10/13 I called to make an appointment for an extraction for 4/12 or ASAP (I have a hole in my tooth which chipps off if I eat anything somewhat solid.) There were no appointments available with the dentist that takes my insurance. So the next time the dentists who takes my insurance would be in was 4/16 which she said was booked, but will call me if someone canceled. (didnt get a call) So the next available date was 4/22 so I made that appointment. In the mean time the receptionist who was helping me was incompetent, seemed like she didnt know how to check the data base for open slots, transferred me to orthodontist department, which transferred me back. She put me on hold multiple times, lost the call at least twice. So on today 4/19/13 something told me to call and confirm my appointment. Needless to day I didnt have an appointment. No one could find my name anywhere for an appointment. The receptionist offered to make an appointment for May 5th. May?!? REALLY?!? With a hole in my tooth? So I made it clear that I COULD NOT wait untill may to get this taken care of, so finally she hesitantly made the appointment for Sunday 4/21 @ 11:30am. I hope they are reading this, because if I go in there on Sunday and they dont have their shi* together, Im pulling me and my family out of there!

After paying $110 for a consultation up front I received a "Quote" for recommended treatment. The quote was divided into three visits so I asked if I could have the least costly work done that day which I was told would be no problem. Again paying up front the $209 for quoted procedure it was done and I left in pain. Shortly after I got home and the Novocain was wearing off and the prescription was being filled I was called and told that the work done actually cost 4 times the quote and they could put it on a credit account that I had been approved for earlier that day. I said that was ridiculous but even 25% above could be somewhat understandable not quadruple, we would talk next visit. Caller refused my denial and kept insisting. I felt like a Guantanamo Bay torture person with the pain I was suffering and finally said to do what she thought was right and we would talk next visit. Apparently when an error is made by staff we the patients are the ones held accountable. I offered the 25% increase which I thought was still to much but they would only settle for a minimum of about 33% so I have to deal now with with the credit company and/or small claims court for justice. PS: never had any problems with their other site on Euclid St.
