Everyone here is great! Dr. Gratzek saved our dogs vision when he required emergency surgery, and then treated his complicated autoimmune condition, even assisting his internist (not kidding, he was very sick) with his diagnosis. And the vet techs and Autumn behind the counter are all wonderful.

Great response to the animals and their situation. Wait time for the appt? Was I in a regular Dr office? Took too long! Too many dogs in too small a space. Made me nervous for my girl that was already stressed out.
