I had just the opposite experience. I took my dog in and she was throwing up. She could have done alot of tests but she didnt. She was right on. The only thing I paid for was the antibiotic. Never tried to sell me anything, just the opposite. The Vet said she could run a lot of tests, but she didnt think it was necessary. I dont know why the other lady had a bad experience, but I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else.

I adopted my pup in late July. Her first visit was free, which was great! Had to go back last week with her because she got herself a case of doggy pink eye and they were really great with her (and me). Theyre especially convenient if you live off of union Ave because its just a quick walk up Apricot st to get there.

No, me thinks not. Got a weird vibe when I took my dog for vaccination, it seemed they were just trying to sell stuff. Wasnt allowed to be present during the procedure and now that my dog got sick two days after the visit they are "too busy" to see him. Thumbs down.

The receptionists were very nice and helpful. The Technicians and Doctor took very good care of my kitty while she was there for her annual check up. I would recommend VCA Bascom animal hospital to take your animals too.

Great place to bring your pet. Only complaint being that its a little cramped. All the vets have been very nice, but they did seem to go through a lot.
