Hands down the nicest Veterinarian office I have ever been too! The warm staff got to know us right away, welcoming me and the beasties in like family. They go out of their way to provide me with the best pricing on all my pet meds and even let me return items that just did not work for us. With 4 high maintenance pets this is huge for me! Making an appointment has always been easy and I never wait long. Dr Sugar has the most gentle touch I have ever seen, my kitties adore her. She warm, kind, and sweet a Sugar. Dr Miller is truly a compassionate master of the trade, I trust him completely. I have a very large, intimidating, grumpy at the vet... Dutch Shepard... Dr Miller was smart, clam, wise, and unfazed. I cant say enough about these guys I just wish I had found them years ago!

My first experience with the Soquel Creek Vets withmy sick dog turned out extremely attentive and kind.The tests and necessary medicine were more than I could financially deal with in one payment and told them it would have to wait a few days. They were concerned to start immediately with the treatment and offered a payment plan I could meet. My dog was vastly improved with medical food and antibiotics in a short time. The staff was very gracious and respectful about a payment plan which I greatly appreciated. I also like the comfortable lobby atmosphere and havnt had to wait too long. Im glad to find a very caring place for my pet. - and me. I would recommend Soquel Creek without hesitation. They also have a great fish tank!

Love Dr. Miller and his staff at Soquel Creek Animal Hospital. But more important than that is how our dog took to him from the first few moments in his care. Kind, gentle, yet professional, and so knowledgable. Ziley was a frightened 1(ish) year-old rescue dog when we first brought her in. The moment Dr. Miller got down on the floor and started petting her we could see her calming down. He gained her trust quickly and we have been so grateful to have such a wonderful doctor for our dawgie all these years later. The staff is as kind and professional as Dr. Miller. The office is always clean, comfortable, & my daughter loves the fish tank - almost as much as she appreciates the good care Ziley gets when we bring her in.

Our two black cats receive medical help whenever things get ugly. The doctor is kind, caring, gentle, thorough for sure! They found things that my previous vets couldnt (for example, cancerous tumor in left thigh that two other Santa Cruz Vets didnt find.) Its worth noting, that when it comes to pet care, you get what you pay for. Soquel Creek Animal Hospital is more expensive than the competitors; you get much better service as a human, your animals handle the experience better, and underlying problems get found rather than addressing surface symptoms. Worth every extra penny!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The office is clean and the atmosphere is quite calm. I was worried about my cat when I brought her in for an exam about a problem she was having, but as soon as I sat and watched the fish tank in the pleasant lobby area, we both settled down. What I have noticed most is that my cat, Ivy, is always more affectionate to me after each visit! Its like she knows shes being well cared for and is grateful. So both Ivy and I highly recommend Soquel Creek Animal Hospital.

He was once very ill when we adopted him, and after a few months in Dr. Millers loving care, he became a thriving happy cat again. The whole team are always helpful in the whole process. We have been quite happy with our service and care here. We take both our dog and cat and most recently my little cat had an injury that wouldnt heal properly and the staff allowed her to stay for free (after the initial paid care) and even came in on their days off and on weekends to take care of her. It was a pain in the tush that it wouldnt heal and it still took some time when home but I really appreciate the extra care and love they put towards her.

Excellent facility and staff! Dr. Miller is knowlegeable and gentle. Very kind. His staff does a wonderful job making you and your pet feel welcome. Theyre ALWAYS nice and professional. All suggested procedures by Dr. Miller are reviewed with you before treatment. This way, youre aware of pricing for each service, and can adjust treatment if necessary, according to your situation. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

Dr Miller and staff not only treat our two dogs, but the human family, too! They do so much to welcome and comfort us. Dr Miller has been especially helpful in researching and easing our older pets suffering due to dementia. Solving her insomnia issue has helped us sleep better through the night, too! We feel very fortunate to have access to such a high level of pet care so close to home.

My Lola Mae loves this place and shes had some narly experiences at Soquel Creek. She jumps right out of the truck wagging her tail all the way to the back. Im happy with them, too; they are very thorough. I could get her treated somewhere else, but "you get what you pay for." Right? Sharon Soquel Disclaimer: Lola is a gluttonous lab and they likely have a stash of treats back there.

This is one fine vet who not only knows his cats and dogs (and no doubt other animals), but also (rare) knows how to run a great, efficient office and hire great human assistants. So what you have here is not just a friendly and expert place to treat your pet, but also a wonderfully welcoming office! I have found that the staff and Doctor really listen and help educate the owners. I really enjoy taking my dog there and will continue to as long as Dr Miller continues to operate the clinic. Best tech ever is Meg! She really cares about my dog and Marci goes out of her way to help you when you need it. Brooke has the sweetest voice and manner and we enjoy being greeted by her.

Dr. Miller is a wonderful, caring vet. He always takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions thoroughly. He always presents all options for treatment plans and discusses all possible outcomes/pros/cons/etc. He is incredibly patient and his entire staff is wonderful. I always feel comfortable taking my pets to Soquel Creek.
