I want to thank all the staff at Pinnacle Animal Hospital for providing the best care, love and support to not only my beloved Montana Nall (chocolate lab) but to all of my family as well. During this most difficult time in deciding to allow Montana to rest in peace the staff provided a loving and comforting atmosphere which my family will always appreciate. Its one of the most difficult things I have ever had to do, and after Montana passed I continued to retain a huge amount of guilt as to whether I made the right choice for her. The next day Dr. St Germaine took time out of her day to comfort me by assuring me that Montana was a very sick girl and that she is at peace now. Dr. St Germaine I can not express my gratitude for how much you helped me to let go and be at peace with everything. I can now breathe again, sleep again, and eat again... THANK YOU!

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A VET I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE... I HAVE SEEN OVER 10 DIFFERENT VETS AT LEAST IN MY LIFETIME. IT COST MY FAMILY AN INSANE AMOUNT OF UNNECESSARY MONEY, AND THEIR LIES CAUSED MY ANIMAL UNNECESSARY PAIN AND SUFFERING... MY FAMILY WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS VET AND I ADVISE NOBODY GO HERE. I WILL POST A MORE DETAILED REVIEW ON YELP BUT I WANTED THIS TO GET OUT TO THE PUBLIC. BEWARE OF THE INFORMATION THIS PLACE FEEDS YOU. THE INFORMATION IS OFTEN MISLEADING, INACCURATE, AND IN THE INTEREST OF MAKING MORE MONEY FOR THERE PRETTY FACILITY. SINCERELY, A PERSON WHO WILL GO OUT OF HIS WAY FROM THIS DAY MOVING FORWARD TO MAKE SURE NOBODY EVER GOES TO THIS VET.

We chose this veternarian because of great reviews! They did not disappoint! Took in our Standard Schnauzer, Sarge, for a small problem he was having. Dr. Moore and her assistant were terrific. The other staff are great as well. A beautiful and clean operation with separate entrances for dogs and cats. They are so friendly and very obvious is caring for and loving animals. We left there feeling great about this animal hospital. What a fantastic place! I highly recommend Pinnacle Animal Hospital and we will be back!! Thank you, Pinnacle, for a great experience!

Unfortunately I had to put our dog down after 15 years recently. Hands down, Pinnacle made a bad situation as easy as it could be. From the care of the staff to even send a card afterwards with a personal note from everyone that day. To the private room that is designed to look like a living room for you to spend the last minutes with your pet. It was top notch. Didnt feel transactional in anyway and you could tell the staff knew the gravity of the situation. Couldnt ask for more.

With 2 cats and 2 dogs, we have spent our fair share of time and money at Pinnacle. Each and every experience has been great for both the hoomans and the pets. Recently had a tumor removal from my 3 YO and the service, FU, and explanation was amazing from the front end staff to Dr. Walker. From information I have gathered from other owners/breeders, their pricing structure is pretty reasonable (pets are expensive folks).

Ive taken my cats here and my roommate has taken her dog and we are both very impressed by their gentle handling techniques and their vast knowledge of animals. Its obvious that they go the extra mile to make your animals feel comfortable and they explain everything theyre doing as they do it. I would recommend them for any animals but especially the shy or nervous animals because theyre excellent with them.

These folks are THE BEST!!! I have used their services for many years and followed them from organization to organization until they could open their own shop. I have not had any pet for awhile, but now have a new kitty. So I will be using their services again. This is the only place I would take my pets to. They are fantastic. Knowledgeable and Caring.

Weve had a couple good vets here and one bad, rude vet. The receptionist today was really catty over the phone. I was trying to make an appointment. I had to ask for an appointment three times because she kept getting side tracked and then seemingly upset at me about it? I would keep looking...

Great experience at this place. They used to be our cats vet but we changed to another vet due to the proximity to our house. The staff is nice and experienced. Their "cat room" has shelves for your cat to climb and play. Another nice detail is the separate entrance for dogs and cats.

Been there for multiple pets (cats & dogs). Dealt w/puppies to quality of for senior pets & end of life stuff. They are always caring, supportive & quick to respond. Theyd get a 5th star, but they arent cheap. You get what you pay for though.
