I went in to get an eye exam and glasses. I have eye insurance and I thought everything was covered. The eye doctor told me that my insurance would only allow me to choose from a selected few frames (for all others, I would have to pay full price) and that I would have to pay for scratch resistant coating for the lenses, which I did. Well, I just found out from my insurance that for the frames, he could have offered me other frames in his store at discount prices (I just pay the difference) and that the scratch resistant coating was covered by insurance. Check with your insurance about your benefits before you walk into this store.
