Customer service is horrible. It is a month since my glasses were ordered and I have paid about 40% of the balance. Payments were agreed upon by the doctor and I give them a cashiers check each month. The staff keep tellong.me the lab is not done with my order. They seldom call me and I have to nag them. I give up. I will make my paymens and when the doctor realizes the incompetence of the staff, heads will roll. As a professional, he is GREAT! His staff is lackadaisical, IMHO.

Terrible Customer Service. Ongoing dispute since November. Ive been charged $1275 for a single pair of glasses and cannot get them to return my money. They act nice on the phone but do not follow through on anything they say they will do. I have to involve an attorney at this point. Update 5/5/2017: I was over charged. They still owe me $200 and refuse to return it.
