1) I waited forever, because 2) They didnt ask about my insurance beforehand, so there were issues contacting my insurance company. Then, 3) The doctor tells me I need to switch contact lenses. I have tried these newer lenses before, and they irritate my eyes. So 4) She tells me to try them for a week anyway. Thats fine, but its apparently $55 to "fit" a trial pair. Ive never had to pay an exorbitant fee for a trial pair of lenses anywhere else! 5) I leave, but when ordering my lenses online she tells the company to switch my type of lenses anyway. Going elsewhere next time...

I always have a blast with Dr. Nicholson, who is extremely knowledgable and friendly. He really gets into trying to make sure you end up happy with your glasses and/or contacts, even sharing his strong opinion about how various styles look on you and whether they make practical sense.
