Ive been seeing Dr. Fanarof since 2007 when he was at his Long Beach location. Ive moved all the way to Irvine, but I continue to drive out to see him in Seal Beach for my annual appointment. Weve been through many glasses and even Lasik surgery together with a colleague he recommended, and I continue to visit him because I feel that he and his staff care about me. They remember me, they are interested in me. On one occasion, I really wanted a pair of glasses in a Ray Ban ad but they werent in the office. They special ordered them for me from Italy and those were the neatest ones I ever had. I used to get compliments almost daily because they were so unlike anything else at the time. Anyway, I just love my doctor. Im blessed to have an awesome optometrist and an awesome dentist too if you need recommendations.

The doctor is nice and professional, the staff not so much. After waiting almost 3 weeks for my daughters glasses i called to see how much longer it will take. One of the ladies told me she already called a week ago and left a voicemail. After telling her i never received a call we found out she called the wrong number. Instead of at least apologizing she said "well, thats the number i called". Two days later i came in to pick up the glasses and the blonde lady handed them to my daughter....no fitting or making sure that the lenses sit right. Definitely not going back!

Amazing optometrist ! Theyve been helping me out for the last 12 years. Ever since I got my first pair of Barbie glasses :) the doctor is a super nice guy and the receptionist is a really nice and helpful lady who has always helped me pick out a frame that looks good on me! And they always have york peppermint patties in the lobbies which im not going to lie, I always look forward too. I highly recommend them!
