My last dentist is close to my home, and I picked him because of that. However, he has so many patients, and he treated me like a number. In n out pretty fast, and he even made a wrong diagnosis on me one time, luckily, my dental hygienist pointed out to him that I should not receive such treatment because of the nature of my tooth. Then, my hygienist told me thats pretty basic stuff and she wondered why my dentist didnt recognize it. My previous dentist is not paying attention, and that scares the heck out of me. Now, I am with Dr. To, he is 40 miles away from my home, but that doesnt stop me from going because he is professional, caring, and he spends quality time with me and other patients (from what I observe). Dr. To actually took time to clean my teeth and he only recommends the necessary treatment, never pressure me to do anything that is beyond my budget and needs. Id not hesitate to recommend Dr. To to my love ones!

My daughter had to go through another terrible root canal today, just a little over one month since she took her first root canal for a neighbouring tooth. She took a complete x-ray then and no one found that she was developing decay with the tooth with 3 roots! Also, we cleaned our teeth there and then. An young girl flossed our teeth by the end. None of us could endure the jump-in-and-out, because it hurts! Make sure you go there 30 minutes later than scheduled to avoid long waiting. They never apologized for the delay. They didnt even bother to explain the delay. They just took it for granted. I was misled by the previous reviews and hope you are not.

I was simply amazed by not only the professionalism but also the overall cheerful atmosphere provided by the fantastic staff and the office itself. Being an artist myself, I was grateful that the dental office is coloured brown, instead of the dreadful white scheme offered by other generic dentistries. Dr. To and his staff explained meticulously every questions I had, because, in reality, why would an average person know the dental terms dental professionals use? I had root canal procedures and composite treatments, and Parklane Dental provided both excellent service and prices! I seriously recommend Dr. To to all who seek excellent dental service!

I dont really write many reviews, but I had to make sure that I let everyone that is looking for a great dental office know that this place exist, I came in for a deep cleaning and Lysa took care of me, she was gentle and nice and had lots of patience. Scheduling is easy, when I called in Maria answered my call and accommodated me accordingly to the schedule. Grace made sure to take care of all of my insurance paperwork, which made it one less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Dr To for creating such an amazing place and for having such high standards. I liked this office so much I referred my brother here.

Me encantó este dentista es exacto lo que estaba buscando para mi y mi familia, hablan español, a mis niños les gustó el personal, las muchachas muy atentas y no me hicieron esperar. Disfrute mucho ir al dentista y Dr. TO fue muy rápido y atento también. Les recomiendo este lugar.

Dr. To is the best! I have always had problems with finding the right dentists due to my fear of dentists, insurance coverage, treatment, etc. But Dr. To is the best dentist I have ever had! Hes so close to where I live and his office is so technologically advance (cable TV in each station!!!) compared to my previous dentists. He was really nice and does an amazing job, I felt no discomfort during my cleaning! I am so glad I found a dentist that has great staff who care for the work that they do!

Not a good place for an extraction. Dentists here are so weak that they cant even pull out the tooth. I sat for a good hour as a 80 pound doctor yanked my head from side to side. in the end she said that it was "a sign I made the wrong choice."(couldnt afford root canal) I cant make this stuff up. Additionally, you will notice the administrators in the front as a lean up-selling machine. If you care what they charge to your insurance, this place is not worth the headache.

I have been coming to Parklane Dental for years and every single visit is very pleasant and enjoyable. The every single staff member is very friendly and nice; they try to get to know you and provide a comfortable atmosphere. The cleaning and check ups are always thourough and helpful and they always give advice and suggestions on how you can further take care of your teeth. The place itself is very clean and modern and parking is easy to find.

Not only that, Dr To also took care of some gum irritation that I had and gave me a lot of great advice. Highly, highly recommend Parklane. Always a pleasure to visit. Ive been coming for more than 2 years. Every time I am here I always feel welcomed by the parkland dental staff, its almost like family! The ortho doctor was clear and precise on giving explanation and would always consult with me before the next service. The current doctor is also very helpful and assuring during every visit.
