I waited 1/2 an hour to be called. Was given x-rays & an exam; after another 20 minutes, I was told I need deep periodontal cleaning & some fillings on my gum line for $1800. Told them I dont have that kind of money, just came in for a teeth cleaning (for that much out of pocket I am getting a 2nd & 3rd opinion elsewhere). I then got the least thorough teeth cleaning of my life; 10 minutes with the tooth polisher while making excuses as to why my coffee & nicotine stained teeth wont come clean without the deep cleaning (even though every other dentist Ive been to has been able to clean them). No tartar scraping, no flossing, just the tooth polishing with that purple gritty toothpaste. Went home & had to floss the grit from between my teeth & brush the rest of the purple polish off of my teeth. I have never had to come home from a teeth cleaning & re-brush my teeth, so I consider this dentist to have failed at the most basic level of service.

, I would have given them NO STAR but i had to rate one..worst ever. was overcharged for something my insurance covered..They billed my insurance and charged me wayyyyy to much($2314) according to my insurance i was only suppose to be charged($363.80)..And getting it refund, well they will give u the run around.. Im reporting them to the BBB..and while we were there THE ELECTRICTY WENT OUT>>they didnt have a back up. ugh HELLO,somewhere where you re doing oral surgery, shouldnt you have a back up..and after i suffered and had my mouth numb when the electricity went out they wantd me to reschedule!!! I told them i would wait..I would of got my mouth numb and injected twice.i dont think so...WORST EVRE

I have been coming here over 20 years as the dentists have changed I have stayed..some better than others..Today they have an A+ team.... Edith is always a sweet, friendly, smiling face at the door who keeps my appointments straight and always sends reminders. Amy the office manager is always ready to offer billing suggestions to help my budget. Marlene the detal assistant is wonderful..very nice gentle explains everything and well she just makes me feel comfortable! Last but certainly not least Dr. Peggy, the best dentist ever..very very gentle..very very kind. What else can you say!! Love her...Thank you Dr.Peggy!!! Also, the remodel looks great!

This is the worst place ever. Worst nightmare! They tried over billing my insurance company several times and I caught them. Once they billed me for something my insurance covered and billed them. When I discovered this I demanded they refund me and provided proof. They did refund me after I made a huge deal out of it. The manager is terrible with customer service. They are always overbooked for orthodontics. They only have ortho once a month so if you work or go to school this is not the place for you. I waited over an hour each time. And since my ortho was with them I was stuck there. Be prepared to wait more than one hour for anything!!!!

Out of eight dentists offices Ive been to in my life, this is certainly the worst. Expect to find equipment failures and poor upkeep, inexperienced and poorly skilled dentists and extremely long wait times. They routinely overbook their doctors which means that they are inevitably behind schedule and in a hurry to finish up and move you out the door. I would have gone elsewhere if someone had warned me. Unfortunately, its too late for me and I have to live with the shoddy dental work they perpetrated upon my mouth.

Where teeth come to die...... worst place ever dont take kids there ...... they said I needed a 2 rout canal and thats not want I even came there for saw the doctor for 5min after waiting 2 hours and xray after xray couse all the xray machines were broken then the quote was 6000 before I could even get work I came for so I went somewhere else 20min later saw someone after 10min got a quote for 1300 and no rout canals needed so I will never go back to this chop shop again

This dentist is the worst! They rip you off by overcharging you twice as much. They wanted to charge me $400 for a crown. I recently went back because my crown had fallen off. It took them 4 hours to re-cement my crown back which only took 10 minutes to do. Not only that, the guy broke my crown and now the dentist is trying to give me the run around about not fixing it. They are very unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!

January is when i first went in about 3 teeth. It took almost 2 months for THEM to get my approval letter even tho i got it in the mail 2 weeks after my first time going here. Then i still waited for another month for them to take one tooth out. I am supposedly waiting for new approval letters that they "submitted" in April! And i already had approvals for them so i dont understand y they "submitted" new paperwork

Dont come here, was over charged beyond what my co pays are. Estimated $4900. Wanted $65 for a copy of my x-rays! There was no wait to get in because THERE WAS NO ONE THERE! I shoud have known.

Dirty instruments, shady people,long waits,overpriced and old equipment old outdated magazines clogged up sinks with spit
