I have always been terrified by dentist and needles. My experience with "Auburn Dental Aesthetics" is honestly the very best experience Ive had with ANY dentist. I very seldom feel the needle....maybe just a slight sting. I am made extremely comfortable with safety glasses and nice headphones with my choice of music to listen to while the work is being done. I have NEVER felt pain with this wonderful dentistry. I am "out-of-network" with my dental insurance. As a result, my dental insurance pays only 60%, instead of 80% if I was "in-network". I chose to pay out of my pocket, because the care given by this practice is absolutely fabulous!!! BTW, I drive 45 minutes to get there. In summary, it is all worth the drive and "pay-out-of-pocket" for this wonderful practice!!!! I dont think I can ever trust another practice! Thank you, Dr. Dan for your amazing work!!!!

They are detailed, forthright and talk to you so you can understand what they want to do for you. All of their staff is friendly, detailed and fun to be around. I made my dental phobic boyfriend an appt for a routine dental check up and cleaning at Auburn Dental Aesthetics. He had been going to the same family dentist here in Auburn for 10+ years. He was very weary and did not want to come in at all. After having a cleaning with Mary the hygienist he told me that was the best cleaning he had ever had. She made him feel so relaxed and comfortable. If you have a dental phobic spouse like I do, this is the office for them!

Twice now Auburn Dental Asthetics has fixed my problem bonding with speed, grace and absolute honesty. As weird as it sounds I have had a lot of dentists "in my mouth" fixing my veneers and bonding and I can honestly say these guys are the BEST! The first time I called them I was passing through on a trip and they fit me in the same day to fix my emergency and now we live in Penn Valley and I know I have found my dentist. THANKS

My Christmas present this year was porcelain veneers on my front teeth :) I would not want anyone other than Dr James Dunn to do any restoration in my mouth from this point on - my six are simply beautiful! Dr. Dan Gustavson and all of the staff here are 1st rate across the board! My kids love coming and even with cavities and other dental woes are never apprehensive.
