I used Around the Clocks services in Bakersfield while traveling on business after using them in Fresno. To my delight, both offices were extremely professional and sent wonderful caregivers to my mother! The peace of mind they provide is worth so much to me. With their Bakersfield office, I had the pleasure of working with their Regional Director Stacie and she made the traveling transition very smooth and easy for me. The caregiver Jessica they provided was excellent! Great Company with caring people working for them.

If there was a spot to leave zero stars I would choose it. Gave us thirty minute warning that my 73, year old moms was being discharged from their services. Refused to draw blood when it was her day to draw. Told her and I that if they did it Today they would have to charge her. Late to apts, No shows until the next day. Poor skills at drawing blood, are just a few things. This is the second time using them will never use them again.

I had to do IVs at home 3 times a day. My nurse Tina was the best!! She was compassionate and caring while being very professional. She made sure I knew exactly what to do before she would leave. I highly recommend Around The Clock as Tina was amazing!! Thanks Tina!! Sharon Mashburn

Kern County Around The Clock only cares about themselves and how theyre going to make a profit off of you. They dont beleive in discipline, they do whatever they want to make you feel uncomfortable.
