My experience with Home instead for my Mom has been fantastic. I lost my Father while I was in Afghanistan and had to fly back and figure out how I was going to care for my mom. I had read previous favorable review on Home Instead so I chose them. They were upfront with everything including pricing and policies. Home Instead was crucial in helping my mom manage her medications and keep track of her many doctors appointments. When she went into the hospital they came to visit her. They have worked with me and my family to cover down on whatever needs came up. We are moving to Dallas and will be using Home Instead there as well, hoping that our experience will be as good there as it has been in Reno.

We have had Mercy coming to our house for over a year now and it has been an amazing experience. If you are "on the fence" about having a caregiver come to your house I have to reccommend this team. The staff is top notch from the bottom to the top. Mercy has endeared herself to our family with her considerate care of my mother and her home. She is respectful and full of compassion. We feel lucky to have met these guys first!

Home Instead has been a great comfort in our lives. My Mom really enjoys her care givers, especially Sara Becker who has been with her for almost 2 years. She is a great companion and helper for my Mom, and all of the family, including my dog, really love Sara. I am impressed with the Home Instead care givers and office staff who have been really caring and helpful.

This place is discriminating against people who have disabilities which would not affect their work environment. The HR lady is very unprofessional and I would not suggest working here to anyone. She said I didnt have license plates and technically I dont because I have 30 days to pass my smog etc. and she did not see that, very unprofessional stay far away.

I recently had a need for transportation to and from a surgery center. The Home Instead management and staff were extremely caring and helpful. They went above and beyond to accomodate my needs and schedule. I would highly reocmmend them to anyone needing senior services.
