The Billing office at Total Care has apologized for the issues in the case below! The good news is that it all has been resolved and Total Care is committed to making the billing process smoother and without flaw. It was a complicated case that involved many variables, and people. Sending that special nurse to match the clients needs is very important to everyone at Total Care! Each client can pick their own nurse or caregiver. We understand that when your loved one is hurting that things are difficult. Total Care will do what ever it takes to make sure you get only excellent care! Total Care has been in business for almost 30 years! We work hard to correct any situation that is not satisfactory to the client! We do care!!!

Total Care is the only home healthcare agency I would use. After trying several agencies, we found them to be the absolute best! Avoid. Poor boundaries. Poor ethics. Unprofessional. Undermined family in their own home. Billing department regularly failed to properly bill insurances, causing huge time loss to family in untangling the messes.
