I am a live-in caretaker for a 97 year old patient confined to a wheel chair. I called several agencies in a panic because my caregiver cancelled two hours before my sons high school graduation that both my client and I planned on attending. We could not go without the help of another caregiver coming with us. Within one hour, not only did the supervisor at Interim find me someone to accompany us to the graduation, but they met me at the graduation to set up services. The supervisor even brought cold bottled water for us since it was 100 degrees outside, I was blown away! They not only went above and beyond the call of duty, but they were professional, caring, and sent an outstanding nurses aide. I have used several agencies in the past, and this agency is a step above the rest. I would definitely use them again. The graduation was so beautiful that I could not believe that I almost missed it, and thanks to Interim I did not.

A warning for everyone. Interim Health Care will charge you for your initial evaluation / visit. They do not tell you anything about the fact you will be charged for them to evaluate you to see whether you need their services or not. Expect to pay even if you decide not to use their services. If you dont see a bill directly they will bill your insurance company.

Did a very nice job helping my mother. Very good team (RN, Bee, physical therapist, Reed, occupational therapist, Pamela). Customer service also very good, Mae and Pat. Probably missing a few staff. Best they could considering mom needed oxygen tanks and supply was not available during service time frame.

The service and care Interim Healthcare gave my parents us amazing. They were well taken care of and the nurses and physical therapists were always on time. They were very knowledgeable and patient with them. You can shop around if you want but if you want the best give them a call.
