I needed help for my mother after a long illness and hospital stay. We called Preferred Care and they arranged for a caregiver to come immediately. She was very weak and afraid of falling so she did not want to be at home alone. Both caregivers that they sent were extremely kind, professional, and most important attentive to her needs. They did exercises with her every day that the physical therapist had given her and made sure she was always safe when she walked around her apartment. She felt comfortable with them there and I felt very secure knowing she was getting such great care. I have had experience with other companies with my husbands family members and they havent come close to the exceptional care from Preferred Care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. My mom loved them as well and passing her test is not easy!!!

We used Preferred Care at home last year when my grandmother came home from the hospital. She needed some extra assistance for a few weeks while she recovered and I could not be happier about their services. Not only were the caregivers that were assigned to my grandma so amazing to her but Sheri, the owner of the company and the one who took care of getting everything set up was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make it happen for us last minute. She really took care of my grandma and our family in a time of need. I would highly recommend their service!!

I contacted Robin at Preferred Care at Home when it came time for mom to need assistance to stay in her home. He provided her with two outstanding, caring and trustworthy caregivers, who enabled mom to stay in her home until her recent move into assisted-living. She loved her "ladies", and one of them has continued to provide her care in her new home. Robin and Sheri have been wonderful to deal with. They keep themselves accessible and responsive to our needs. I feel very grateful to have found them!
