I use to attend this Pair and Marrotta on G St. I had to stop going. I realized that the people they have working there are young and have no experience with patients. They are not even students. They have no experience in physical therapy or in chiropractic care. It seems like anybody from the street can work there. You go in there with pain and no body seems to know what to do. All they do, is put some cold or warm presses on. That is all. . The owner which is Bob Pair, is very unprofessional as well. He is too busy flirting (or who knows what else) with the young women working there and never puts the patients first. He hardly gets to help any patients. If you happen to have an issue with a worker he always protects them even though they are at fault. He is suppose to be professional and always put patients first. Bob Pair does the exact opposite. One of his employees is very rude. Her name is Becky. She provides horrible patient care. People like her should not even work there. She gives this facility a bad name, with her ugly attitude. I am now attending Glinn & Giordano Physical Therapy. There the workers are very professional and helpful.

I would go with my mom many years ago she had shoulder surgery done the physical therapy helped her alot I would go there and translate for the main owners they would always tell me to apply there but at the time I was still kinda young lol. It was an overall good experience for my mom and me my little brother would sometimes join us and we knew the main owners....

These people dont care for their customers. They pretend to care. But are more than happy to leave you waiting for a half hour before even checking on you. I work Customer service and know what true service is. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else take it.

I love all the therapist aides and receptionist there all always smiling and they have great customer service makes u feel like youve known them forever they make u feel comfy thank u guys and gals

By far the worse p.t. office and the front desk Bre pair just got out of rehab for a cocaine addiction I dont like that an addict has access to my personal information.
